Apartment is all yours with private entrance, cozy queen size bed, and washer/dryer. Downtown Seattle is a 15 minute drive, Lake Washington a 20 minute walk and light rail 10 min walk and 20 minute ride to airport. Regulated free street parking is available as well as a month parking pass for an additional fee. Also, monthly Wifi pass is additional ten dollars a month. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is accessible from two flights of stairs. Enjoy a safe and vibrant neighborhood.
