The view from the property was very good, and I appreciated the 24-hour security. The security team during check-in was especially helpful, accommodating, and professional, which made our arrival smooth and welcoming.I would also like to note that the host is very responsive. Communication was consistent and often quick. While the outcomes were not always to my satisfaction, I do acknowledge and appreciate the effort and willingness to respond.That said, the overall condition of the unit did not meet expectations, particularly considering the price. There were several issues that affected comfort and overall satisfaction. Although I won’t go into specific details, the space did not feel worth the amount paid.Some concerns were shared with the host during our stay, and to his credit, he did attempt to address them in a timely manner. However, not all issues were resolved by the time we checked out, which ultimately left the experience unsatisfactory.This was my second time booking with this company; the first stay was acceptable, which is why I gave them another chance. Unfortunately, this location was very disappointing, and based on this experience, I do not feel confident booking with them again. While there were positives, the overall experience fell short of expectations.
