Land's End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, nestled at the end of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. To the east, it borders a channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, while the Gulf of Mexico lies to the west, and Blind Pass to the south. Residents can enjoy stunning views of boats passing through the channel, with dolphins and manatees often spotted nearby. The community features 10 buildings and a range of amenities, including a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, and a BBQ grilling area. Very Pleasant Stay

Our second stay on Sunset Beach, like it a lot, never get tired of hearing the surf on the beach. The whole complex is very nice, staff friendly too. We are considering returning next year as well. We would recommend Land's End on Sunset Beach, beach side is the best!

Great Stay

This is a great property and a beautiful location. Property was very clean and an awesome location with lots of amenities. They only thing I would mention for young kids is that the pool rules are a little strict, but the beach is right there and they can be wild!

Excellent location

Great view from the living room and the balcony. This unit is very comfortable and has everything you need including beach chairs. It is located near the elevator and has quick and easy access from the garage to the unit. We plan to stay here again next year.

Loved the view!

I have older sisters and I really enjoyed our stay at lands end! This was our third visit and I searched online for less expensive places that were still really nice… And I couldn’t find any! This place is worth the money! This specific condo had a fabulous front Row seat to an ocean view! We absolutely loved it and would recommend it highly.

I appreciated their efforts to get the condo ready as early as possible. The unit had a great view of the gulf. The bedding was not ideal, the second room beds were fine, the master was uncomfortable, and the pull out was unsatisfactory being non usable.

The only reason why I’d never rent this unit again is because the master bedroom bed was awful!! Thin and hard and made my back hurt. If they are too cheap to replace they need to at least put a mattress topper or 2 on it.

This year however we found our unit not up to the Premier quality that Landsend should hold. The condo itself needs some attention, the Internet did not work well. The sliding glass doors to the balcony were very difficult to open. The king size bed in the master bedroom was rock hard. The furniture was not comfortable. This condo needs to be update.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived in Tampa and didn't have a place to stay when we go into the St Pete, Treasure Island area I went on line on my phone and found this company & called them and they said I could go online and pick out a place but I told them I wasn't getting a good connection and if they could just meet us at the building and show us a condo. They meet us within 15 minutes and showed us a very nice place right on the beach with a great view. Great place & location and clean. The only draw back was the internet connection...if I would have known how bad the internet was I would have stayed somewhere else because I run two online businesses and was not able to even check my email. Very good place and good price.

Reviewer Comments: The location, view and complex were very nice and I would return, but not to 307. 307 was disappointing in that I if pay $2000 a week I expect top notch condition. The furniture, beds (especially should be most comfortable available) and bed covers should have been updated. The painting was of poor quality, blinds were broken, water damage was not dry-walled correctly nor painted. I had to remove a bad case of mold from the ice dispenser in the refrigerator door and my wife removed lint build up from the dryer. Shower door needs to be replaced, not plastic curtain!

my happy place

Reviewer Comments: Land's End will more than likely always be my Happy Place the pool and beach is always so enjoyable and the units are usually so comfortable and mostly clean; but with that said the unit that I stayed in needed some additional cleaning. The sinks were in need of a good scrubbing especially the undermount areas which were were full of mold. My unit's frig and stove top were dirty as well so I cleaned them but the master bed needs a much more substantial mattress pad along with clean pillows. I had David from Resort Rentals replace the very old & tired iron. Also please replace the kitchen knife set it's awful!!

Although there were past upgrades in bathrooms and flooring, the condo still did not meet the standard of premier condos we have rented in past years in Lands End.Beds were very uncomfortable,causing lack of sleep and sore bodies for much of our stay.Not what you want when your trip is to play golf. Good news it was very clean.

Beautiful Setting Falls Short.

Beautiful setting at the end of Treasure Island. This unit is extremely tired and needs some TLC/ updating. The beds are uncomfortable and pillows have to be ten years old, no firmness, made for a rough night of sleep. The ice maker in the refrigerator is/ has been broken for some time, had to keep running to Publix for any ice. The refrigerator doesn't fit the space so can't access the freezer side without moving stuff around every time as the door only opens up 50% of the way, please change this, it is silly and frustrating. We have been renting beach homes for 20+ years and this is the first one that doesn't provide a set of beach towels. Our flight from Maine arrived at 10:30PM, nice to have to go to Wal-Mart day one for beach towels. The rental company said it is because "Guests tend to steal them", I politely pointed out that when you rent a home such as this and usually departing on a plane, it's unlikely the guests are stealing the towels. Super annoying. There was virtually no supplies of any type (cooking oil, spices, etc) everything had to be stocked for a seven day stay, we left all unused oils, spices, etc... just like the beach towels, couldn't pack them on a plane but I'm sure they were either taken by cleaning staff or tossed so the next guest could start all over again, makes no sense. This condo needs a total makeover, owners need to invest in this property to justify the costs they are charging. In its current state I would not stay here again. Please give this unit the update it needs to be a five star property.

Thank you for your detailed review of your stay at Land's End building 11, unit 307. We are glad you liked the property location. We apologize you found the condo wanting and uncomfortable. We do not require our owners to provide beach items. We also do not leave perishables in the condo because of the promotion of bugs. We can notify the owner of the oversize refrigerator. We hope you relaxed and had pool/beach time.
