This amazing 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has an open and spacious living and dining room area, a fully stocked and beautifully updated kitchen with granite counter tops, lovely décor with tasteful colors, tile and wood flooring throughout as well as a lovely balcony right off of the living room. Each condo has 2 balconies for use, 1 off the Master bedroom and the other overlooking the Gulf of Mexico! This location is perfect for a family getaway as there is a park in the front of the property and a pool and the beach in back! Unit #1 is 1 flight of stairs up and on the south corner. Come and play on our beaches today!! PLEASE NOTE: This is a totally non smoking property. There is no elevator at this location, only stairs for access. Sunset Villas is a unique and adorable beachfront property in Redington Shores. This location has 4 different 2-bedroom, 2 bath units with each having a semi private beachfront balcony from the living room area as well as a private balcony off the front of the condo. Each condo has a comfortable beach décor throughout, individual washer and dryer for use, onsite parking and each sleeping up to 5 guests. Onsite is a heated - private pool, direct beach access, playground area across the street for the kids, charcoal grill and patio area for those evening cookouts along with everything else that you need for a truly memorable beach vacation

The area is great too! Redington Shores is ideally located and close to everything. You will find John’s Pass Village approximately 2.5 miles to the South which is filled with shopping, restaurants, water activities and entertainment for all. Redington Beach is a quaint beach town that is just a short drive outside of St Petersburg, a city loaded with museums, art galleries, restaurants and shopping. Experience the surrounding towns by hopping on the Jolley Trolley and enjoying the many sights and activities known to the area. Beautiful stretches of beach, great spots for fishing, swimming, snorkeling, jet skiing, surfing and more. You will surely have a blast building sand castles at Redington Beach. Beach vacay

The location was great. There are plenty of restaurants close by. The beach was just a few steps away. The pool was nice to have just down from our condo. I am glad we stayed on the first level. The furniture was outdated and not as comfortable at other condos we have stayed in. There is only one tv in the condo. Our stay overall was amazing!

This unit is in a wonderful spot close to the beach. The unit was in need of some minor maintenance inside and a bit more maintenance outside. Things you would expect at the price. Would we go back?

Both places were very clean and comfortable. We liked some of the upgrades from the previous year (kitchen, king size bed, etc.). We really enjoyed the location right on the beach and had fun BBQ'ing and swimming in the pool with our two young kids. We'd highly recommend this spot and will be back soon.

Nightmares and extremely splendid days.

Reviewer Comments: When we arrive at RR there were no information and keys in the lockerbox. It was 2:05am and took us nerves and additional 30 minutes. Besides the very good weather conditions did we have certain trouble. It was not cleane well. Dirty pool. Dirty balconies, a broken pipe for the dishwasher and in the appartments above builders were totally renovating the kitchenns and bathroom. Three days it was more of a building site than a vacational rental!!!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the unit for five weeks in March. The condo was in good shape, cleaner than last year, and the kitchen reno was great. The owners do a great job repairing and updating the condo. We found it to be very well equipped and comfortable. Location amazing! Resort Rentals is a great company to deal with. Any concerns were dealt with immediately. They were friendly, and very accommodating. Our first two week stay was awesome as the other units were occupied by adults. Our only concern was the number of children in the other units for the last 3 weeks of our visit. The families, for the most part, were very nice, but children being children, were very noisy and often times we could not sit outside because of it. Too loud for us. It's a lot of money to spend on a vacation when you have to hang out inside and can't enjoy your deck on beautiful days. It is not the fault of the children or their families, it is a result of the condo set up. I would recommend the condo, but be aware that you may be sharing the property with lots of kids!

I loved the comfortable chair with foot rest. I could have and almost did sleep in it all night. Everything was exactly as pictured. It was so nice also having the pool for a break from the beach. The only negative thing was not having any chairs to use at the beach. I'm hoping that each unit in the future can have at least 2 beach chairs for each unit available on each porch.

While the unit was clean, I never saw anyone attend to the pool during our stay and it needed a good cleaning. The pool deck area also needed to be cleaned up as the occupants from the previous week left a large amount of beach toys scattered around the pool. We also had 3 different mainteance/contract workers show up to do work. 2 of the 3 were unannounced and didn't really seem to care that we were on vacation. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: I stayed in condo #3 we all went shopping on Sunday on Tuesday I smelt something and all the meat and cheese and milk was bad and everything was warm so I had to go buy all new stuff I kept in one of the other condo's the next 2 days it was warm inside the fridge but Friday it was ice cold so I think that fridge might be going bad and needs replaced I did notice the other condo's have new fridges and that one was old Thank You Anthony

Floors and furniture required a thorough cleaning and the furniture could use an update. Resort Rentals staff was superlative in helping with what were very minor problems. In total, a great vacation experience in a great location.

OLD PICTURES; NEEDS LOTS OF MAINTENANCE AND TLC!!! NOT WORTH THE PRICE

The location was nice, but the condition of the property was a disgusting dump. Everything was filthy; the counter had not been wiped down, chair/ottoman, old popcorn and other food crumbs under couch cushions, large black stain on drapes, walking on hardwood floor left our feet literally black, bedroom sheets were dirty upon arrival, comforter with stains and an 8 inch tear with stuffing coming out, microwave has a large hole at top where you can see wiring and some sort of emission comes out, wallpaper peeling at seams and black marks all over it, wires rack above washer hanging dangerously by one screw sideways, only one bathtub which young children could not take a bath because plug would not close, toilet paper holder missing with drywall hole in its place, toilet tank lid cracked, tub curtain would not stay up and kept falling, bathroom door would not close completely nor lock, we were left only 2 towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash clothes. On Saturday at 1 in the afternoon a pool company surprised us and told us we had to get out then dumped chemicals in pool and said we must wait 2 hours to get back in, while they blew dead leaves around the bushes with a very loud leaf blower. I complained about all this, but this owner clearly does not care. Management just kept saying they would talk to the owner about some compensation upon checkout, but at checkout she said she had no such authority. He showed up on Sunday at the pool to hang 8 signs around the fence warning of no lifeguard and other liability issues. When I approached him about the issues with his property, he informed me he was an attorney and would speak to management. HA! He also threatened to see me in court if I gave a bad yelp review! We paid $350 and expected much better. This attorney should be embarrassed, seriously! I would suggest you avoid this place, many really nice places for much less.
