Nina Juniper Art House Exhibit

ENTIRE HOME in quiet neighborhood with CARPORT! 10-15 Minutes from UF, Downtown, Shands, BenHill Stadium, GRA, & Haven!! The NJAH is a hidden gem. The art is all my original creations, so it’s a gallery you sleep in- Kitchen is complete, laundry on site. Only a few miles from hiking and parks, this is a great opportunity to stay in a beautiful space that’s cozy, clean, bright, and artful! A FENCED YARD with mature magnolia trees provides a comfortable sanctuary. This is your home in GNV!!
The space
All 3 bedrooms have a Queen bed and Roku TV. Living room has a 55’ wall mounted Roku TV. Laundry room is off the carport, and is available for guests. Pots, pans, knives, etc for cooking. Wine glasses, water glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, and a dining table for 6 inside. The house is 3.5 miles from UF, and Satchel’s Pizza and Public & General Restaurants are nearby. Ward’s Grocery, Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, etc. are nearby. The Gainesville Airpot is a couple miles down the road, Celebration Point is 8.5 miles away, and Paine’s Prairie is 9 miles south (Micanopy antique shops and restaurants are right there, too)
Back yard is fenced in, and is available to relax outside:)

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Please turn the AC to 78 cool in summer. Towels can go in the basket. It’s great to just leave the beds slept in unmade. If there’s food in the trash, please put it in the bin out by the car port
Just be sure the doors are pulled closed and they will lock automatically
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Overall we had a great stay! The house was perfect for our needs for a night in Gainesville for the Gator game. Nina was very attentive and a great communicator. The house is clean and my boys loved the TVs in the bedrooms!

Prime location for touring the University of going to a game. Super convenient, a quick drive, and you are on University Avenue. Host was a very good communicator and the house perfectly suited for our needs. Artwork and e beautiful, love the purple piece in the living room.

Perfect stay in Gainesville

Nina’s art house was a great place to stay for a long weekend in Gainesville. Nina was super friendly and responsive. We debated whether to stay in a hotel given my wife and I were traveling with our two adult children. This place was perfect because everybody got their own room to chill out in - far better than cramming everyone in a two bedroom hotel room! We would definitely stay here again.

Great house! Far enough from campus there isn’t traffic but close enough to be at “The Swamp” in less than 15 minutes. Nina was super responsive and even messaged us half way through the visit to see if we needed anything. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Publix down the street. TVs in every room. Art work is all original by the owner! Definitely will stay again.
