Host cancelled booking 2 hours before!

I called to inquire about the code to get in and they told me I need to send a picture of my ID and debit card to get the code. I provided that and then they called me to say my booking is cancelled because I didn’t send it the day before. In the email they sent me asking for my ID and card did not say there was a time frame to send it. If I didn’t call asking for the code they wouldn’t have said anything at all. It was all just a made up excuse and all now I still don’t have my money back!

Decent at best

Let me start by saying this place was roomy, priced right, and had all the amenities you're looking for in a VRBO rental. Past that, everything in the place was "on the cheap." You could tell that the management company was doing its level best to save pennies everywhere it could. All the paper products were obviously the cheapest on the market. The mattresses need replaced, we were given one trash bag for five day stay, the table on the porch was broken and unusable, there were bugs (we know it's Florida). Finally, all the "warnings" throughout the condo were a bit much..."if you don't do this, we'll charge you...if you clog the toilet, we'll charge you...if you take a towel, we'll charge you...etc." Kinda make it feel like you're doing time rather than on vacation. In a destination like Orlando, we're always looking for places we can come back to. This isn't one.

Great Condo for the Family

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location of the condo within Regal Oaks is great, as its extremely close to the clubhouse and pool. The condo was clean and well-maintained. It could do with some updating, but overall we were extremely happy with it. We've stayed in various condos at Regal Oaks a couple of times before. I would completely recommend this one to anyone wanting a nice place to call home base while doing Disney or Universal. Also, the condo is managed by Mid-Florida Home Management, a really good management company. We had two issues while at the condo: when we arrived, the safe was locked, and then about a week into our stay the air conditioner stopped working. Mid-Florida Home Management got someone out both times ASAP to quickly fix the issues - we didn't even have to be home to let them in or anything. Overall a great experience!!

Nice resort in great location

Great condo that was good for all our needs. Short walk to pool. Pool area has a nice snack bar with food and drinks for purchase. Easy walk to Old Town for fun evening entertainment and dining.
