PARFAIT

Une belle maison très agréable avec une vue magnifique. Equipements comme décrits. Confortable, super piscine et jacuzzi. Très bien placée pour les différents centres d'intérêt de l'île. Un calme géniale. Et surtout, Jorge le propriétaire, discret, gentil et super serviable. Une très belle adresse pour un séjour de qualité. A recommander.

Sorry, aber keine Ahnung wie 4,8 Sterne zustande kommen!?

Madeira typisch hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und keine Heizung im Haus. Bedeutet für dieses Haus leider überall Schimmel. Im Schlafzimmer ist es sehr extrem! Lage ist gut. Jorge steht einem immer zur Verfügung und ist ein sehr netter Ansprechpartner, keine Frage! Whirlpool war voller Sand, obwohl das Wasser angeblich vorher getauscht wurde. Dann aber nicht sauber gemacht, komisch. Entsprach augenscheinlich nicht der Wahrheit! Poolheizung hat die ersten Tage nicht funktioniert. Aber das hat Jorge relativ schnell behoben. In der Anzeige steht 170qm was nicht im Ansatz die Wohnfläche sein kann. Maximal 70qm. Man kommt ins Haus und stolpert quasi gleich über den Esstisch. Das ganze Haus macht keinen sonderlich gepflegten oder sauberen Eindruck. Es gibt viele Ungeziefer im und um das Haus. Aber gut, da kann der Vermieter natürlich auch nicht wirklich was für. Fernseher ist kaputt, hat mehrere streifen im Bild. Die Sicherung für die Beleuchtung ist regelmäßig raus geflogen. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse/Pool ist definitiv sehr schön. Die Auffahrt ist relativ eng und die Straße an der das Haus liegt sehr steil. Nichts für ängstliche Autofahrer. Mit einem kleinen Auto aber grundsätzlich kein Problem. Ich war nicht das erste Mal auf Madeira und kann diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nicht empfehlen. Jorge ist mit Sicherheit der Verwalter/Hausmeister und nicht der Vermieter. Er hat regelmäßig gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Frage habe ich ignoriert, weil er die ganzen Mängel nicht in einer Woche behoben kriegt. Dementsprechend habe ich nur die Mängel genannt, die kurzfristig zu beheben sind, wie zum Beispiel die Poolheizung.

Perfect holiday

Great place to stay, secluded and quiet. Jorge is a great host, very helpful and considering. After finding out about our late arrival, he offered to do shopping for us. He made sure that we had nice wine and traditional cake, beer in the fridge, and lovely breakfast in the morning. Would definitely go back in the future. Thank you Jorge.

Toller Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes kleines Haus mit tollem Ausblick in idyllischer Lage… Restaurants und Supermarkt mit Auto schnell erreichbar, die Kombination Pool mit dem Whirlpool daneben brachte bei jeder Witterung eine super Erholung! Jorge hat sich prima um uns gekümmert. Es war ein rundum toller Urlaub!
