Bruce and I live here in Nemo with our dogs, cats and horses. We love hosting and meeting new people and making sure they are comfortable and enjoying all that the WinterLodge has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood is friendly and accommodating. You can literally just walk over to the Nemo Mercantile which is a convenience store, bar, restaurant. Or if you are seeking fine dining, that restaurant is just steps away, as well. If you want to rent an ATV for the day, you can walk across the street. Nemo has only 35 year-round residents.

What makes this property unique

In comparison to other vacation rentals in the immediate area, ours excels in so many ways. We are a luxury property, the most valuable home in the area. The furnishings are top level midcentury modern pieces. Cleanliness is exceptional. Our beds and linens are the best that you can get. The home is situated away from road noise and most of the walls in the home are soundproofed. ATV trailhead access is across the street and no trails are behind or next to our home, unlike the few other properties that are in the town of Nemo which have noisy trails around them.

We have 3 horses, one of which is a rescue, that live on the property. Guests love to meet them. They can be seen from most of windows and it's just fun to watch them play.

No other home in Nemo has a panoramic view of the ridge at Nemo. Our view is breathtaking!

Our cleaners wash every surface and clean every item of linens before each stay. They spend 14 hours of labor prior to each stay to ensure that each stay is comfortable. Bruce and I tend to the house, as well, and spend most of our year working on maintenance and improvements. We don't know of another property in the area that can share these bragging rights.

If you look at reviews of our competition you will see reports of uncleanliness and lack of maintenance. Also, we are the only vacation home in Nemo that isn't run by a realtor or property management company, none of which live in Nemo. If our guests have an issue, which is extremely rare, we are here to solve it.

One of our closest competitors which is located on Martin Drive has a very popular and extremely noisy ATV trail on its southern side and then behind it. It also has its master bedroom up stairs.

No noisy trails around us and all of our suites have their bedrooms on a single level. The only stairs are from the Eagle suite to the Heron suite.

We've installed a ramp so that persons with ambulatory disabilities have easier access to the home.
