All Exclusive Compact Apartment.

This private apartment is located on the groundfloor of our accommodation and is easy accessible. Also by disabled guests with wheelchair. There is floorheating allover (warm in winter and cool in summer).

In this apartment you will find a living with diningtable and a sofa which can be transformed (pull out) into a double bed (160 x 200). In the living you will also have a coffeecorner and a flatscreen TV. WIFI and NETFLIX available. From the living you have a full view on the quai and rivers.

There is a kitchenette with combi-microwave, fridge and twin induction plate. A mini- dishwasher is available as well.

The bedroom has twin boxspring beds electric adjustable. Beds can be seperated or transformed into a full kingsize size bed on request.There is also a flatscreen TV and a large wardrobe closet with bathrobes. Since the bedroom is located at the back of the accommodation there is no window available.(air purifier available)

The private bathroom has a toilet, washbin and shower.

The location is fantastic, in front of Europe's busiest river intersection. We enjoyed seeing so many ships come by. You can walk all over the heart of this historic city. The apartment itself is spotless and beautifully designed. Excellent bedding, large bathroom, great wifi. We'll stay here any time we return!

Great location

The location is awesome and the owners are the managers. The location is fantastic because it’s in the old part of Dordrecht. Grocery shop is a short 5 minute walk away for any necessities. A larger grocery shop is around 15 minutes away.The views are fantastic from inside the apartment. Also, 3 of old-Dordrecht’s “must see” items are writhing 5 monies walk. Kitchenette was enough for my type of food, shower was fantastic and an ample bathroom that rivals the bedroom in size.Enjoy walking aimlessly around the old town and make this location your based.Would return if I’m ever visiting again.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage!

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Hafen und ist sehr gepflegt! Sie ist top ausgestattet und man hat einen herrlichen Blick auf's Wasser! Die Lage ist ideal, da es nur einige Minuten zum Zentrum sind. Vermieter wohnen im Haus und sind sehr unkompliziert! Lediglich die Tatsache, dass wir auf einer Art "Notbett" mit schlechter Matratze schlafen mussten, verhindert den 5. Stern. Trotzdem, sehr empfehlenswert!

We live and work in Dordrecht for more than 30 years. We live in the accommodation ourselves and we are happy to inform our guests on all possibilites in Dordrecht and surroundings. Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Kinderdijk etc.

Why they chose this property

Our property was originaly build in 1800 and has been adapted a couple of times.
Before we baught the property it used to be a boardingschool for skippers children of commercial riverbarges.
The front of the hous is kept original according to the city rules. Interiorwise we have adapted the property to modern requirements although there are still some old ornaments.

What makes this property unique

The accommodation is situated at the most beautiful location of Dordrecht. The old city with splendid view on the three rivers. There is ongoing activity of all kinds of vessels.
