Beautifully remodeled SKI-IN/SKI-OUT house with OUTDOOR HOT TUB right on Winterset ski trail at Timberline Mountain! Perfect for families, this spacious 4BR/3.5BA home is an ideal location to unwind and relax after a fun day experiencing the great outdoors, whether enjoying downhill or cross-country skiing, snow tubing, hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, golfing or exploring a state park, national forest or wildlife refuge! Come soak in all the splendor that wondrous Canaan Valley has to offer!!

Ski-in/Ski-out Access: Step out the door and onto the slopes! No driving or lugging your gear through the snow to the slopes.

Spacious and Modern Interior: Renovated in summer of 2024, our home is bright with lots of windows to bring in the sunlight, along with new flooring and furniture throughout the house.

Gourmet Kitchen: Our newly remodeled kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, cabinets, and granite countertops. The island is perfect for meal prep and gathering.

Entertainment and Relaxation: We have a spacious living room, which is perfect for unwinding by the stone fireplace after a day on the mountain. Enjoy the 75-inch flat-screen TV with sound bar and sub woofer or play some board games or foosball. For relaxation, the private hot tub on the deck offers star gazing and a soothing retreat after a day on the slopes or exploring the valley.

Bedrooms and bathrooms: Our home comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and one half bath. The master suite is upstairs with a king-sized bed and newly renovated bathroom. There is another queen room upstairs with its own full bathroom. On the main level there are two bedrooms -- a queen room and a room with two twins and a futon. These rooms share a full bathroom. There is a half bath adjacent to the mudroom. Every bedroom has a television with Roku.

Outdoor Oasis: The house features a large wrap around deck with a charcoal grill and plenty of seating and a hot tub, making it an ideal spot for outdoor dining and soaking in the mountain air.

Additional Amenities: High speed Wi-Fi, a brand new full-sized washer and dryer, ski storage, and parking are all included. We have a desk in the master room with a computer monitor if you need to get some work done.

Guest access: You have access to the entire house, with the exception of two owners closets.

Minimum age to book is 25 years old.

Pet fee is $25 per pet per day. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 deduction from your deposit per pet.

Our house is located off Winterset Drive, which is gradually sloped from the main road. However, the driveway is a bit steeper, and although it is plowed regularly in the wintertime, it can be icy. Four-wheel drive or chains is recommended.

There is a wood burning fireplace in the family room. Please make sure the fireplace damper is open before starting a fire and do not leave the fireplace unattended when in use. Also please make sure the screen is securely positioned in front of fireplace.

No outdoor fires.

Your housekeeping fee covers laundering sheets and towels, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces and dusting. We ask that you pick up trash and leave the kitchen in good shape. Load the dishwasher and run it. Clean specialty items including crock pot, waffle iron and griddle by hand and replace in cabinets.

Please leave trash bagged in trash bins in front of house.

We have made significant investments to modernize our house and make it an enjoyable and comfortable for your stay. Please treat it as you would your own home.
