Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the condition of the home upon your arrival. This is absolutely not the standard of cleanliness or hospitality we aim to provide for our guests.
Please know that after investigating this matter, the cleaning company responsible was immediately terminated, and corrective measures were taken to ensure this does not happen again. A full refund was also issued to you as a result of this unacceptable experience.
I truly appreciate you bringing these issues to my attention and giving me the opportunity to address them. I am deeply sorry your stay began this way and regret the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
