This 3-bedroom house with 3-car garage on 9 wooded acres is the perfect lake escape. With 1 king bed, 2 full beds, and 2 twin beds, this marvelous property offers a peaceful retreat for guests. Explore the woods of Missouri by blazing your own trail or watch the wonders of nature and all it entails. Enjoy lake access with boat ramp at Fisher's Cove just 0.5 miles away, a quick 2 minute drive. A bathroom off the garage allows you to wash up or wash off after hours of fun or fishing.

Home includes kitchen with full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, microwave and dishwasher. Also stocked with pots and pans for cooking with plates, glasses and silverware to enjoy your masterpieces. Open concept living room is a space of relaxation on the sectional, with plenty of board games provided. TV has WIFI access if a lazy day on the couch is more your speed. Watch the sun rise through picturesque windows throughout the house or on the back deck with a cup of coffee.

Primary bedroom holds a washer/dryer, so enjoy nature to its fullest. After a long day, relax on one of the 5 beds available in the 3 bedrooms.

Garage holds two (2) available kayaks to make a day on the lake or rent a boat from the State Park Marina, a short drive away.

Accessibility Note: Stairs are required to enter the home. There is a walk-in shower on garage level. Upper level is a shower/bath combo.

There was a “sewery” Oder in the bath room along with slow drain. Kitchen was excellent with coffee and spices provided. Beds very comfortable. Living room with tv was comfortable. Good to have AC as temps were warm.
