Estate Setting At The Gateway To The Hamptons

A Victorian home totaly remodeled 5 star property sitting on 2.2 acres in a totally secluded stress free environment. There is a 20x40 in ground pool with a waterfall that flows into the pool. Rate is based on the only 4 guests. There is a additional fee for extra guests. In front of the house there is a pond with koi fish to relax next to while listening to the waterfall. To the right side of the property there is a basketball and pickleball court. Interior of the house is 3,000 square feet. Includes a Chef's Kitchen with a Viking style stove, has a butler side with granite counter tops. Downstairs there is a small bedroom/office. A living room with a 82' LED TV with a warm fireplace to cozy up to. Half Bath, Family Sitting Room with a Billiards table, Dining Room with a table that sits 8. Upstairs there is a total of four bedrooms and two full baths with a Spa Master Bathroom. In the Master Bedroom there is a reading nook and a full spa bath with a tub and separate shower Tv ans Sonos speakers with fireplace. Master Bedroom includes a spacious walk in closet, a king size bed and a 84 in' UHD4K TV. There is another bedroom with a queen sized bed overlooking the property. The third large bedroom with a large walk in closet and a queen sized bed as well. The 4th bedroom is an office/bedroom. This beautiful property is located just minutes away from the Hamptons! 20 minutes from north fork wine country. Best of both worlds. There is a separate guest house for storage for the owner. Absoultly no Parties.

Perfect vacation rental for the family

This home offers everything a large family needs in a vacation property. Beautiful backyard with fire pits and a pool, plenty of sleeping quarters, a pool table, etc. all tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.

Sebastian is very nice and communicates very quickly which I loved. We enjoyed our stay and the best part is definitely the pool!!! The home is truly lived in and does needs some upkeep. Only issue was once we checked in no one should be allowed to come back to the house until checkout. As an all female group that gave a little discomfort and was communicated.

Amazing host, incredibly clean space, beautiful pool area

My friends and I were amazed at how beautiful, clean and comfortable is property was. The pool area is a gem, outdoor tv, so much sitting space, two fireplaces and the heated pool was divine. The kitchen comes with everything so cooking was fun, the living room had a fireplace we lit and played games. The host was incredibly welcoming and was available for any questions we had. We had a great time. We will be back!

Great Girls Weekend

This was a great property for our annual girls weekend getaway. It is far enough removed that you feel you are truly away from it all but definitely close enough to all the fun things you want to do. The back yard and pool are amazing and will make you never want to leave there.

Clean house, with all the amenities you could ever want.

We walked into the house and you could tell he had the house professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. The house had every amenity we could have needed, and when we ran into anything that we couldn't find, Sebastian was very quick to provide whatever it was to us. Not only will I be renting this house again in the future, I plan to look at other properties that Sebastian rents out as well.

Weekend Getaway

We booked this house as an adults only weekend getaway. Sebastien was extremely responsive prior to our stay with any questions we had and he had some great recommendations. For this trip, we really were just planning on staying at the house and enjoying a kid free relaxing time with friends. The house is in a great quiet location. The outside space was wonderful! We enjoyed the pool and the fire pit and just hanging out together on the patio. Cooking dinner on the grill was also a perfect way to end our day. The kitchen is limited stocked and some of the drawers are broken which made it difficult to look around for things. There are some basic cooking ingredients such as spices, sugar, and oils available for cooking. The dishwasher also stunk. The book upon check in says the top shelf of the dishwasher is off limits. While there are linens provided, it was hard to find bath towels at first (they are in the master bedroom). The bedrooms were spacious and all seven of us had ample space to rest and rejuvenate. The master bathroom was wonderful but the upstairs guest bathroom could use a new shower liner. All in all, it was an ok stay for us. The listing is not entirely clear in the statement that the host is on the property. While we expected a completely private getaway it is important to note, the host Sebastien and his family and pets, do seem to reside in the pool house which is only a few feet from the pool. Upon request, for our stay, he offered to stay off property, however, he was on the property two of the three days we stayed. The first day he did greet us and gave us a tour, which was nice. He asked to return later on that day to speak with someone who came to fix the pool heater, which we understood. On the last morning we saw him again parked very early outside. He was very worried about past experiences with guests damaging his property and we felt as though he was checking on us. Honestly, if he didn't want his home to be a rental, he should not rent it out. While the outdoor space made up for some of the indoor space blemishes, we will most likely not vacation here again when looking for a private getaway.

Perfect for a little getaway

Sebastian is very accommodating; he maintains the outside of the property immaculately and is sensitive to guest satisfaction. Manorville as a destination leaves much to be desired - not great restaurant or grocery options. But the house is perfect; and outdoor set up is great for entertainment.

Great house with beautiful backyard

Our family spent 5 nights at Sebastian’s home in Manorville along with our friends and their kids (aged 4 months to 3 years). We had a wonderful time, and Sebastian was extremely attentive to us throughout our stay. The inside of house is large and very nice, as you could see in the online pictures. The backyard is exceptional with BBQ, fire pit, playground for young kids, and a BEAUTIFUL heated pool. Amid COVID pandemic, we were hoping for a relaxing weekend away where we could get extra space and enjoy outdoor space, and we got all that we could have expected. We’re going back in August and looking forward to that!

Beautiful Home

My family and I rented Sebastians home and had an amazing experience, we all wished we could have stayed longer. The pool is really the best part and the house is very comfortable. Sebastian is a wonderful host and is very accommodating. He does stay on the property in the pool house during your stay. We didn't mind because he is a super cool guy but I don't believe that is clear in the description. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy your home and being such a gracious host.

Beautiful home

Sebastian was an awesome host who wanted to do whatever it took to give us the best experience. The property is massive and the home is spacious and luxurious. We loved the home so much we never left to go the beach. Huge heated pool, awesome backyard with a fireplace, and to top it off no mosquitos :) This is a great place for families to come. So much to do and you wont get bored :) I would for sure comeback and already recommended it to my friends. As we are building our new home , your home has given us alot inspiration and ideas. Thank you for an escape from reality. This was truly a home away from home.
