We welcome you to get away and relax in our 2 BR (with Sleeping Loft) townhouse located in Blue Heron at Boulder Lake; it is on Big Boulder and just a 1 minute drive to the Jack Frost ski area. We have a cozy and updated home with a modern feel. It's perfect for families and couples. It sleeps 6 Adults and up to 8 with Children comfortably (sofa is a pull out Queen). This is a luxury home that was just remodeled with new furniture, baths, flooring, appliances and counter tops. We follow all recommended COVID cleaning protocols.

Check In ANYTIME on the start of your reservation and Check Out ANYTIME on the end of the reservation, giving you and your family / friends the luxury of relaxing, waiting out the traffic and time to get yourself and house in order with no rushing.

Cook a feast in our kitchen that has all you need for your getaway from a coffee maker, all baking tins/sheets, waffle maker, blender, toaster, microwave and even an electric grill. The house comes equipped with plates, glasses and serving ware for 8.

Never wait for a bathroom! We have 2.5 Bathrooms; a half bath downstairs, one en suite with a bathtub, and the upstairs bathroom with a standing shower and soaking tub. We supply all bed linens and towels (white).

Work from home if you have to, both bedrooms are equipped with desks and chairs. We have WiFi throughout the house; and to keep the kids busy we have a closet full of board games and a Smart TV!

Stay cool in the Summers and warm in the Winters with our Dual Zone Central Air Conditioning & Heating (rare for this neighborhood). We also have a washing machine, dryer, a dishwasher, an ice maker, garbage disposal and filtered drinking water!

We have a full wrap around deck with the perfect amount of privacy, peaceful views and views of the stars at night. Our deck gets all day sunshine and has an outdoor living room set for lounging, dining set for your al fresco days and an outdoor propane grill.

Our neighborhood has everything from skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, tubing, hiking, bird watching, ATV'ing, golf, tennis, boating, fishing, etc.
- Boating, Fishing, Tennis, (Heated) Pool & Beach Access at the Boulder Lake Club ($50 gives you 8 passes for the week) - The house is a 1 minute walk to the Lake.
- Boulder View Tavern (on the Lake) is a 2 minute walk from the house.

Perfect for weekend ski trip

We had an excellent stay. Close to skiing and local restaurants. The house was great, exactly as described. We are a family of 5, three teenagers. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Communication with owner was fast and easy. We would stay again.

Located on Bolder Lake, the home is perfect for a couple with 4 children! Communication with the homeowners q I wish I would have known that the pool/beach was extra (one hundred twenty for the week)

The Beach Club is not owned by the HOA and is a separate charge much like going to the ski mountain would be. As owners and guests of the community we have the access to these facilities at a cost. Both owners and tenants have to pay for this. There are also some nearby state park beaches which are free and absolutely equally stunning. Should you and your family want to return to Lake Harmony, we would be honored to have you back as you were all a pleasure. Thank you again and hope your summer is well.

Weekend trip with the kids

Great place to stay while visiting Big Boulder Lake! The place was exceptionally CLEAN. I was very impressed. We have been to BBL and the lake club numerous times and this was by far our favorite rental. We added a long weekend trip to our summer getaways last minute and so happy we did. We wanted something close to the lake club where we could walk to the beach, pool and tavern. This unit is convenient to everything! It was also a great choice with a 2 and 4 year old. If one wanted to go back to the unit is was a quick walk back and forth. The unit has everything you need. It is also stocked with games for downtime. Thank you for a great stay! We will be returning!

Great winter weekend

A very nice, recently renovated unit on this property. Excellent stay, very comfortable, and our children really liked it! The owners were fantastic and very responsive to our last minute requests. After the MLK storm they were quite accommodating to let us stay an extra few hours while the roads got cleared.

Easy lake getaway

The spot was convenient to a cute lake resort and the greater Lake Harmony area. The condo itself is comfortable and well-maintained and we made use of the stocked kitchen, a grill, and nice living area. Two bedrooms can sleep four total and one friend stayed on the smaller loft bed upstairs and said it was comfortable. Check-in was easy when we found the place (use the actual address for Google Maps- not the one provided "for GPS, in case" in the check-in instructions) and it's a very short walk to the lake resort to use amenities. We paid the guest fees but many activities require additional fees (tennis, kayaking, etc.) so be prepared to spend an additional $10-60 depending on what you'd like to use. Overall it was a wonderful getaway from the city and we recommend the property to anyone looking for a simple Poconos escape! Thanks!

Great place to stay for a family vacation!

We had a great stay during the summer at this house at Big Boulder Lake. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the owners were very responsive and communicative. We had a few questions prior to our trip, and both times the owners responded immediately and were very helpful to answer our questions. The house had everything we needed and made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay for our family of four. One of the best things about this house is the location--it is a townhouse but has woods behind it so feels very private, yet its just a two minute walk to the Boulder Lake Club with a pool, beach, and lake, along with an adjacent restaurant and bar. My kids had a great time in the lake and the pool, and all in all it made for a wonderful, enjoyable, and relaxing vacation. We would definitely stay here again on a future vacation!

Always Amazing

This is such a great property - both the town home and the resort. We spent mornings on the patio, afternoons at the beach and pool and then evenings just barbecuing and relaxing. Our last morning two young deer where in the backyard and came almost right up to the back deck! It couldn't have been more beautiful if it had been planned.

The home is perfectly appointed with all that you need, feels cozy like a home not like a rental home. It's super clean and the owners work hard to keep it feeling like your home away from home, it seems. Also, their tenant packet included everything even a suggested packing list...it was perfect! It's great that the linens are included and we didn't have to think about bringing any of that. Love all of the stuff in the kitchen to cook and play hostess. And the board game closet is too fun. House is close to the lake, it's also about a 10 minute walk to Big Boulder which is nice - get a cup of hot cocoa and take a walk up the mountain. It's convenient!

I loved my girls weekend stay here. The Chalet is very cozy, clean, and well maintained. The layout is great and can comfortably fit 7 or 8 people but is also perfect for 4 people without feeling empty. I stayed in the upstairs master bedroom and slept like a baby. It’s walking distance to a restaurant which had live music and great drinks. We had a wonderful stay and I will be going back this summer with my family. Thank you so much to the Lands for making our stay easy and enjoyable!

Perfect Getaway!

We wanted an easy getaway from NYC and this place was perfect. Around a 2 hour drive and you are surrounded by the peace and serenity of the Poconos! The town home is beautiful - it's impeccably decorated and nicely updated, yet still super cozy. The place was spotless, the towels and linens were fresh and the cupboards were well stocked with dishes and cookware to use. There's even a whole cupboard of games! The only decision you have to make is whether you want to chill on the private back patio, looking into the forest and watching the deer and chipmunks run around, or if you want to be "ambitious" and take the three-minute walk to lounge on the beach or head to the restaurant/bar, where the service is lovely, the food is great and they have live music! Not to mention that it's all super kid-friendly. There's also a tennis court, outdoor ping pong tables, bocci ball, an outdoor pool - more than enough to keep the entire family busy. This is the perfect mix of solitude and ameneties. If you need to pick up groceries, there are stores nearby, but better just to stock up so you can spend the rest of your time relaxing. We just went for a long weekend, but I would love to come back for a week sometime. Swimming in the summer, skiing in the winter - you can't go wrong!

The place was as advertised with all the things that we were looking for. Got lucky with this rental when our original place had to cancel for storm damage. Had everything that it said that it would. Was nice not to cook and eat on the deck instead of having to eat out every night. Had a couple minor things come up but were addressed very quickly and were very understanding. We traveled with our special needs child and he enjoyed the trip. The pool and beach were nice and a very short walk from the house. Only wish that the weather was better so that we could have used them more! Would definitely go back again.

great place; the pictures and description were spot-on

the chalet was great; clean and neat; well-appointed. the only problem we had was using the tv to get basic stations; the instructions were not sufficiently clear. The 3rd-bedroom loft area was as advertised, but a little small for our3rd couple. The Boulder View Tavern on the premises was a pleasant surprise - good food and a fun entertainment.

House is good but experience is negative

Area and the house is nice. But it is a SELF SERVICE house, if you find it. Listed address doesn’t not exist. Management didn’t respond until move-out time next day. There are no propane tank at the grill. We spend 1 hour to get to the store and extra 60$ to buy propane to cook meat. There are no dishwasher capsules detergent, so we had to handwash all dishes. We had to make our own beds and after remove the lines. House rules are very strict.

Very happy you liked the home and the area. Regarding the address, supplies needed, and check in/check out policies, that information is listed within the documentation we provided prior to check in. The first item in the document pertains to the change of street name which causes GPS issues, and we provide detailed directions. It seems the reason for the poor visit is more due to lack of planning than anything to do with the property.
