Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home during their stay. There will be a few closets/drawers locked off for our cleaning supplies. Garage is not included in the accommodations.

★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★
We do - guests have access to their own private pool & spa with lights for the perfect evening swim. The pool can be heated for a fee.

★ What are the additional fees? ★
If you would like the pool heated during your stay there is an additional cost. The pool heat is $80 a day. Heating the spa is complimentary. They can be heated independently of each other. It can take up to 48 hours for the pool to reach temperature so it is recommended to book this in advance.

★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★
We love pets but unfortunately not in this property. We have other properties available that are pet friendly.

★ What is the parking situation? ★
We cannot accommodate more than 4 vehicles. 2 on the driveway and 2 on the street.

★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★
Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.

★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★
While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late.

★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★
Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited. We require the contact details for all adults staying at the property.
