Make the most of your days with exclusive access to the Bias Shores amenities, including a community pool, tennis courts, and both beach and sound access – offering year-round relaxation and adventure.

Little Royale offers plenty of room to gather, relax, and unwind. The top level features an open, airy living area with vaulted ceilings, sunlight streaming in, and large decks that invite you to lounge and enjoy the ocean breeze. Sip morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the screened porch, perfect for a cozy, peaceful escape.

On the mid level, four inviting bedrooms – two with direct deck access – await after a day at the beach. Slip into the luxurious hot tub on the mid level deck for a soothing soak under the stars. The ground level is equipped with a versatile mudroom/utility room, as well as a sixth bedroom, and a full bath, providing flexibility for larger groups or family gatherings.

Property is awesome, just a short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were clean and ready and all the rooms were clean and comfortable. Traffic on turnover day is insane! Try to get on the island very early or very late if you're coming on a Saturday.

The home pictures do depict it correctly. We did have to call in a few maintenance items. There was exterior light bulbs out no lights in the pool, and we found some trash on the screened in porch, the home. Itself, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean.

House needed some love. Lightbulbs out, comforts on two beds stained. Tub not draining in 2 tubs. All was correct except the stained comforters. Pool and hot tub were immaculate. Weeds should have been pulled around pool.
