My stay at this rental was veeeery very comfortable. The unit was veeery neat, clean, color coordinated, smelled very very good. The host was very easy to commune with. If I was to ever come back up to this area, I will be booking again.

The host was consistently responsive and pleasant to communicate with, and the price was reasonable for our needs. The apartment was generally clean, though the kitchen trash had not been removed prior to our arrival.My main concern was the extensive list of rules, regulations, and potential fines associated with renting this apartment. Had those been listed in the original posting or shared before the cancellation window closed, we likely would have chosen a different property. I completely understand that owners need to protect their property, and I respect that, but the number and tone of the rules felt excessive. It made us hesitant to fully relax or even touch certain things.While I understand the need to prohibit parties, the mention of surveillance and possible police involvement felt uncomfortable and a bit intrusive.Overall, our stay was satisfactory. The host’s communication was excellent, the apartment was clean, and the amenities matched the description in the listing. However, the overwhelming number of rules and fines detracted from what could have been a more comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would recommend that these details be clearly disclosed in the listing so that future guests can make a fully informed decision prior to booking.
