We’re excited to share our newly renovated 3BR/2BA apartment with you! After a year of renovations, we’ve created a modern & stylish space where you can recharge. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed for your comfort. You’ll love the spacious layout, the fully equipped kitchen, the 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms & cozy living room, that makes your perfect home base. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself for a completely private stay. The house has 2 other apartments, and the backyard is a shared space for all guests to enjoy, but each apartment has its own private deck. Think of it as a friendly space for everyone, but don't be surprised if you bump into a neighbor or two. So, feel free to relax in the backyard or on your private deck.

🛏️ 2nd floor: one bedroom with king size bed, a detached bathroom with shower 🚿
🛌 3rd floor: 2 bedrooms (queen size bed & full size bed). Just 7-min walk and you’ll find Wildwood’s FREE beaches - you’re in the heart of it all! We’d love to have you as our guest!

Please note, there is NO parking on the premises or on the street in front of the house (Rio Grande Avenue doesn’t have street parking at all). But don’t worry — free parking is just a quick 30 seconds - 1 minute walk on Pacific Ave or Atlantic Ave. In the off-season, it’s free. In the summer, we’ve got you covered with 1 parking permit for the Wildwood meters.

The house was clean, cute, and exactly as described. It had a cozy feel that made it easy to relax and feel at home right away. Everything was well-kept and organized, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely consider coming back!Parking was a little confusing but it is off season so street parking was free.

The hosts were so kind and communicative of the entire process. The check-in and checkout process was seamless and very easy. Parking was very close by to the house, although we did go during the off season. It was only a short walk to the boardwalk which was very convenient and fun! Everything was very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were also restaurants and a grocery store only a short drive away!

The home was brand new and very clean. As an Interior Designer I really appreciated the thoughtful design touches throughout, which many rentals lack. We stayed during the off-season so can’t speak to the parking as everything was free and not busy so we found parking nearby with no problem.

Great location and cute vibe. The host sent a very rude message within the first hour of checkin that tainted our experience and made us feel like we were being watched on cameras the whole time. A few things to note - there are no fans and no extra blankets (or towels or pillows) which made it hard it regulate the temp. The front balcony is cute but the cushions were gross so we wanted a blanket or towel to put over it. Also steps are very steep and a little scary.

Beautiful Design and Craftmanship

We could tell right away that Alexander and Valentina put a lot of thought into all the details of the recent renovation. It was like staying in a 5-star hotel.We loved the design and the decor. We wished we could have stayed longer.The check in process was seamless. They were extremely responsive to the one question we had and the place was immaculately clean.Also, I liked that there were not a ton of signs and instructions all over the place like some rentals have. It felt more like a home than a rental.We hope it is available next time we are in Wildwood.

The place was clean and beautiful, close to the beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Having the covered porch with seating was very nice in the mornings. The reasons for not giving 5 star rating are: 1. Not being told about there being no parking space on the property until close to the vacation was inconvenient. 2. For a unit that is for 6 people, the living room did not have ample seating for everyone to sit comfortably. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!
