With 2 cool bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer and shower, guests will feel right at home. The living room offers additional space with a comfy sofa bed for relaxation. One bedroom is set up with Queen bed and bunks for family comfort. Master Bedroom has attached master bathroom.
Walk to white sand beach in a few minutes. Deep water canal location. No bridges to ocean. (Dockage / Boatlift available-Please Inquire for rates / availability. Fish anytime off the bulkhead. Outdoor shower. Parking. Private area. Outdoor seating. Deck overlooking the magnificent views.
Large widows / Bright and Open layout.

This guest was very interactive, and I totally enjoyed having them. They took care of the house and were very respectful of the property. I enjoyed my communication with them and everything went very very well. I would like to have them again anytime at this property or anyone of my other properties.
