Completely renovated, this property features all new furniture and accessories. The designer kitchen is perfect for private dining or entertaining. The mattress are new and extremely comfortable with 500 thread count sheets and linens. New TV's in all bedrooms and the living room with High Speed WIFI throughout the property. Spectacular private terrace features golf course and water views.

The property is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. There are beautiful parks within the community and great restaurants are just minutes from the property. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the property; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the property. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away.

Communication with host was exceptional and all (very few) questions were responded to and resolved immediately. Unit supplies were plentiful (kitchen and bath specifically). Great view off the screened lanai of the small golf course and fountains was as advertised (although lanai is in need of a few minor repairs). Unit was well maintained, very clean and offered a comfortable, enjoyable setting. Wireless network was fast and flawless, water pressure in baths was excellent and washer/dryer/dishwasher were all newer appliances and extremely quiet. (Washer/dryer was located in the kitchen and unique from any unit we have ever stayed in). Would like to rate this unit higher (4-Star vs. 5-Star), as there appears to be a few small renovations still in process. One drawback for us is that the Master Bedroom does not have it's own separate Master Bath, rather a single bathroom is shared by the Master Bedroom and an adjacent 2nd bedroom. We very much enjoyed our 5-day stay here.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Let me clarify, the Master bedroom does have its own separate bathroom with a walk in shower. It does not have a "bathtub." There are 2 full bathrooms in the condo.

We had a wonderful time! The house is absolutely beautiful. It is very well-maintained and in a great location nearby lots of great beaches and restaurants. The community pool is great. It wasn't overly busy so we were able to relax and really enjoy our time there.I would highly recommend booking here. The owner seems to genuinely care that you are satisfied with your stay. And you can tell that he's gone the extra mile to make your time convenient with small touches like some household items being available (salt, pepper, foil, etc.) so you don't have to purchase every single thing for a short stay. We loved our time here and will definitely return.

This property was just gorgeous! So clean and fresh will definitely be returning to the PGA!

We had the best stay of our lives! The Property was gorgeous, so clean and roomy and the outdoor wrap around was just so relaxing looking on to the golf course and waterfall. If you're coming for Golf, which most would, this is the perfect property. Minimal kitchen utencils but I would imagine most aren't renting in PGA to cook.

The space was great, very quiet very clean. Pics are exactly like the real thing. We stayed for a soccer tournament and had to go to several different fields in the area. It was central to all of them and was much better than getting two hotel rooms! Great place!

Very nice place in the heart of PGA National. Plenty of shops/restaurants within a short Drive. This condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Could easily fit 8 people if needed. Great feature is the outdoor deck overlooking greens and fairways, very tranquil sitting out there in the AM with a cup of coffee. I was surprised how quiet it was on the interior, never heard a peep from any of the neighbors. I would highly recommend visiting the PGA National golf club, nice breakfast place there. Would love to have played a round at the club. Overall this is a great home base for a host of activities in the area.

The worst experience

If you want to experience the worst living experience, please choose this one. 1. The sanitation didn't clean until the guests checked in. 2. The owner's attitude was very poor. 3. The smell of paint just finished. It's hard to imagine that this price matches such quality. 3. The shower room can't take a bath and needs maintenance. There was nothing in the kitchen, but they didn't care. It's hard for me to imagine that such a company can go a long way in listing such a house

After staying in the property, Eva had a change of plans and she wished to depart earlier than her original departure date. We could not provide a refund for her date change. We have a strict cancellation policy. Eva did not like that we would not refund her, despite our stated refund policy, so she retaliated with this review. We have over 50 FIVE STAR reviews for this property. She threatened us that she would write a bad review if we would not refund her. Her review is completely inaccurate.

The property was average and did not have clean linen. Hair and make up we’re on our pillow cases. When we asked about this the owner said he would have someone come and clean them. Then later we were told the unit was already cleaned and no clean linen was provided. We also asked on day 2 where the pool and hot tub were that were shown on vrbo. When we inquired where the pool was we were told:” the pool is closed already.” 2 days later we we were provided a response saying that they would need the names of our party. Then the coffee pot did not work. Nobody came to fix it.

This guest asked for an early check in and we let them know they could not check in early. They ignored this fact and they arrived before the unit was cleaned prior to their check in time. Our cleaner told the guest that they need to come back at check in time. The guest told off our cleaner who was trying to do their job. The cleaner left before she was finished after being yelled at by the guest. Other issues the guest mentions: The pool closes at dusk and is not open 24 hours a day. Any guests that wish to access the resort or to golf must provide the full names of their guests so we can register them with the PGA resort. The coffee pot is brand new and does not require a pot. You simply put your cup under it. This was explained to the guest as well.
