Great Getaway

What an accommodating place! Plenty of room for everyone. Golf cart was a bonus. Being able to go to the rooftop and enjoy the views was nice! Lots of things to enjoy around the area as well as places to eat. Place was very clean and comfortable.

We loved it! Beautiful space. Proximity to the beach is wonderful. Getting to bike around town and go to dinner in the golf cart was a game changer. The big living room and the balcony were excellent for spending time together. Our family of 6 plus grandpa had the best time!

Wonderful!

This home is in a perfect location for literally everything. Steps from the beach, the lighthouse and shops, a short bike ride from the grocery store and more shops. We loved the deck/patio and spent a lot of time there reading and enjoying the birds. It’s well equipped. Came with beach chairs, bikes, a golf cart, all the appliances you’d need. The beds are ridiculously comfortable, too!

Girls Weekend at the Pelican Perch

Our stay exceeded our expectations! We had the BEST time & loved the Pelican Perch! It was spacious, clean & the perfect place for a getaway in St. Simon’s Island! I would recommend to anyone!

Loved everything about this rental. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen well stocked, the outdoor space was my favorite for the morning, and the location was fabulous. It was so nice having the beach chairs, tent and golf cart. We had everything we needed for the best family vacation! Definitely would stay here again!

Beautiful, large condo in great location

We absolutely loved our stay at The Pelican Perch. The condo is absolutely beautiful, huge, and very nicely decorated. It had everything you could need if you’re interested in cooking. The patio has an ocean view and comfortable furniture. It’s a close walk to the beach. We loved using the golf cart to take into town. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Awesome place. Family had a fantastic time. It was our fifth year vacationing in St. Simon, our first time at this location. The place is amazing. Plenty of space. Location to the beach and restaurants is great. We got a lot of use out the bikes and golf cart provide. It was also a big plus having the beach chairs available. We also made use of turning ping table during the rainy parts of the day. We would definitely like to come back.

6 Beautiful Days at the Pelican Perch on St. Simons Island

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and beautifully maintained condo on St. Simons Island. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out together or enjoy some quiet time. It was spotless, well furnished, and felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The private elevator was a huge bonus, making it much easier to bring in luggage and groceries. The location is hard to beat. You can see the ocean from the balcony and the rooftop deck - perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The beach is a short walk away, and having access to the golf cart and bikes made exploring the island fun and convenient. Restaurants, shops, and the lighthouse are all close by, so we hardly needed the car. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful and roomy place with everything you need on St. Simons Island. We’re already planning our next visit.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

We stayed at the Pelican Perch for my daughter's wedding weekend at the King and Prince. The accommodations were just perfect for 2 couples and 2 young adults. The location was perfect and close to everything. The decor was lovely and the place had everything we needed. The elevator could be a little quicker, but it was super nice not to have to lug everything up to the third floor. We also would have like to been able to enter through the garage without having to walk around. But it was not that big of a deal. We left some items at the place and they were kind enough to go get them for me and I was able to pick them up. Overall I would definitely stay there again!! The porch was amazing to sit outside and enjoy the breeze!!

Great house!

The house was very clean and spacious! We loved the bikes, golf cart and the easy access to the beach. 10/10 would recommend and would come back to stay again!
