Premier community - Val Vista Lakes! Great culdesac lot with many upgrades including remodeled kitchen with large island, new windows, and updated large spa like master bath with dual shower heads & walk-in closet. Enjoy fun loft upstairs with sofa bed for extra guests. Shutters and window treatments throughout home. Lush backyard great for entertaining family and friends with nice outdoor furniture and BBQ. Community Clubhouse amenities include - Fitness center (weights & cardio), 3 pools (Jr. Olympic pool heated year round and has gathering areas great for parties), beach pool, 6 pickle ball courts, 5 tennis courts, indoor racket ball court, sand & indoor volleyball, basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields, playgrounds, bike/walking paths. Whether you're looking to unwind or explore the area, this enjoyable property has everything you need for a memorable stay. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Harbor pool is included with your stay is conveniently located one street north of the home. There is a key in the drawer to the right of the microwave. It is open from 6am until 10pm. This pool is not heated. There is a hot tub area that is heated. There is a nice covered area next to the pool with tables so you can enjoy eating there or just hanging out. Please be respectful of all at the pool and clean up after yourselves. The Clubhouse is available but requires a $125 HOA transfer fee paid to Val Vista Lakes at clubhhouse front desk located at 1600 E. Lakeside Drive Gilbert, AZ 85234. Please take a copy of the HOA Transfer form and print a screen shot of your VRBO reservation confirmation to give to the front desk person at the clubhouse.

The fun things you can enjoy at the clubhouse are:
- Beach Pool - build sand castles, and enjoy lounging in the pool by the beautiful waterfalls splashing down the man-created mountain with beautiful jungle landscaping and winding paths.
- Jr. Olympic Pool (heated year round)
- Pickleball courts (6)
- Tennis courts (5)
- Full fitness center (treadmills, free weights, yoga area)
- Paddle Board and AquaCycle can be reserved at front desk at clubhouse free of charge (they will ask you to sign a liability waiver form) and will provide you with life jackets
- Indoor Racquetball
- Sand volleyball court next to Beach Pool
- Palm Patio or Cabana next to Jr. Olympic Pool can be reserved for family get togethers or parties
- Pro Shop Room - has sink and refrigerator/freeze and big gathering area next to tennis courts - great to reserve for family parties
- Firepit (located next to the dock just east of the Jr. Olympic pool) great area to gather at night to roast some marshmellows and have fun with family and friends
- Activity Room upstairs is a great area for gathering family and friends - has a TV and sink

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all garbage out to the black garbage can outside, and any recycle garbage in the blue can located on the west side of the home.
Please place all used sheets, pillowcases, and towels in the laundry room. Please only remove blankets and bedspreads if soiled.
Please message me when you have left so I can let the cleaners know so they have enough time to prepare the home for the next guests who are moving in today.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved staying here. The home was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we could want to cook as well as games and activities for all ages. Being able to use the Clubhouse was fantastic! We used it everyday. The Christmas decorations were a fun surprise. We absolutely plan to stay there again.

This home in Val Vista Lakes had everything you could need. From the pickleball racquets to the bike, all the family games and all your household needs. Quiet location but still close to the 60. You can get around the Phoenix area easily. Keith was quick to respond to any questions we had even before we arrived.

The host was extremely welcoming and quick to respond. He even offered to let me check in 2 hours early. The house itself it beautiful, clean, and comfy. It really had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. I think the best part was the backyard. It had beautiful lighting and I was even able to grill outside. Overall this place was perfect for a weekend stay.

Clean, comfortable and so close to everything!

This home was very welcoming! Host paid attention to details! It had everything we needed, plus! We used the pickleball paddles every day at the amazing clubhouse. Enjoyed our coffee in the sun, in the comfortable patio furniture! And relaxed in the evenings in the sitting area. Home was located so close to great restaurants, grocery stores and miscellaneous shops! We will definitely rent from Keith again, actually we have just booked another week in March!
