It was okay. When got there the garbage cans were totally full and the whole place smelled really bad inside and out. The carpets were pretty dirty as well. Over all it was fine. Emailed owner several times with no reply.

I have stayed in a lot of Places over the last few years especially in St George area. This one was the worst one I have stayed in.CONS: Outside trash had not been taken out and the garage and home smelled bad. One shower never worked. Communication before our stay was horrible, had to contact VRBO to get answers. When we called they told us to haul the trash to some dumpster because they couldn't do anything for us. When we called about the shower they said they would send someone the last day but they never came. I tried to get the host to give discounts because of the 2 inconviences but they were unwilling to compensate us for any issues. They said they weren't a hotel and couldn't repair things. But we have never stayed somewhere that doesn't repair or take care of issues within 24 hours at any rentals we have stayed at. Only one ceiling fan, and only 2 TVs. It did get warm because of the lack of fans. PROS: Close to pool, 9 twin bunk bed room, 4 other bedrooms with comfy beds, clean kitchen, bathrooms and living spaces, well stocked kitchen, grill and across from the pool.This place could be so much better if the host was willing to take care of a few little issues. But because of their unwillingness to even talk about ways to help, the broken shower, and the overflowing trash cans I gave them low ratings.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious. Two washers and dryer are convenient. Only negative comments are no coffee, aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, baggies provided. 4 wine glasses are higher than could be reached. The towels were scarce for the quantity the home should hold. The family rooms are nice with the only TVs in the house. But it’s directly across from one of the pools. Amazing hot tub. We would stay again but would come prepared. Great communication with the hostess
