This condo is located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood of Treasure Island. It has 1-bedroom, 1-bath and a nicely equipped kitchen, no dishwasher. Nice tile throughout and comfortable tropical decor. There is a king bed in the bedroom. Coin operated washer/dryer on site. The living room is on the beach side of the condo and it has a large window facing the Gulf of Mexico. The view is fantastic! Free Internet service is available.

This property has a nice pool onsite. Charcoal grills and tables are located just next to the beach at this property making a beach grill out a fun option for your visit here!! Coin operated washer and dryer available. Direct beach access to one of the nicest stretches of beach in Treasure Island allows you to walk for miles right from your condo.

Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more! One bedroom condo

As being a new comer to your condo renting from VRBO we found it very difficult to access your building if it wasn’t for your cleaning staff, we would’ve been lost. Seeing as it it was a Sunday as we arrived. Nobody was on staff to answer our phone call. Prior to our stay. We did not receive any email. On how to receive our keys or access into our condo. Although once we found our place and understood how it works, it was lovely.

The unit was very dated and the decor was less than desirable. I would not stay in the unit again

Location and beach were outstanding. The unit was dated and the decor was very eclectic. Looked like random purchases from a thrift store. Kitchen was not properly equipped. Sheets were like burlap. We had to go buy our own at Walmart. Overall, disappointing stay.

Alternate birthday getaway

The room was clean. Described exactly as the description stated. The only complaint o have is that the pool area doesn’t have lounge seating so you can sunbathe.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
