Located in Jamestown, this house is a dream for the active and peaceful alike. Featuring 5 bedrooms and a loft, and three full bathrooms, this property offers plenty of space for 18 friends and family to relax and unwind. Don’t let the size dissuade smaller groups. It’s cozy enough for a couple to take a respite from the hubbub.

There's plenty of room in the driveway for cars and or a car and a boat trailer. The public launching ramp located nearby allows you to easily launch and recover your boat. The Docks in the cove are privately owned and guests are not permitted to use these facilities. What could be better than a beautiful day spent on the water. Public launch ramp located a short walk down the road. The semiprivate cove, marked with no wake buoys, is a great place to swim, relax, and watch beautiful sunsets.

A bright, open kitchen includes all the conveniences you’ll need, including cookware, dishes, utensils, drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. A comfortable family room adjoins the kitchen, with another well-appointed gathering space on the other side of the main entry offering a comfortable couch, chair, and a smart TV. There is a game table in the family room with checkers and chess pieces, lots of playing cards and poker chips. In the loft are several other board games and puzzles for guests to enjoy.

The new, large deck has a table, chairs, and a propane grill. The cozy upper deck off the master bedroom is perfect for that morning jo. The home has central heating and A/C, high-speed fiber optic internet, washer and dryer, and dishwasher.

Nearby Jamestown proper offers a quaint square and the local Dollar General has the essentials. Russell Springs, just a few miles down the road, boasts restaurants and larger grocery stores.

Perfect family stay

Jenn was super responsive and gave us plenty of info on fishing/boating access in the area. The house was a great size with a cute unique layout. Huge deck for plenty of outside hang time and close to a boat ramp to easily drop my canoe in. Just a few minutes from the State Park too!

We enjoyed a great time at Lake Cumberland! Jennifer was so helpful when we had questions, and communication was easy. The home was a good size for us, and though we didn't need to use the bunk rooms, they are a great space for larger groups/kids. The driveway was also large enough to accommodate our 2 vehicles and boat trailer, which was really nice. We have always loved this neighborhood and easy access to the ramp. Would like to stay again next year!
