Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
We booked 3 nights. On the first night at 1am the host contacted us about excessive music complaints. Her message was rude and insistent about the rules. We were asleep, making no noise and heard no music from the other units. Then the next morning we were hassled again by the host about where our car was parked. Our car wasn’t even on the property, it was at our friends house nearby.
There was 1 roll of TP in the unit. We had to buy more. A coffee maker but no coffee. No cushions for the patio furniture and the patio was covered with leaves. There was extreme dust on the fan so we couldn’t use it. The AC unit in the bedroom didn’t have a working remote to adjust the temperature. There were cobwebs all over. Hair and mold in the shower. They even had the audacity to have a tip envelope for the housekeeper, who clearly didn’t do anything.
The state of the place and the host rudely disturbing our trip for things we weren’t doing is why I give a low rating. Not worth the cost.
