The mobile home is equipped with all new stainless appliances and features 2 BR's (one with 1 full size bed, and the other with 2 twin beds) making this property ideal! Enjoy sitting around the fire at the outdoor fireplace, and you're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our beautiful getaway! ☆ PARKING IS A SHARED DRIVEWAY. PARKING IS PERMITTED IN OUR GRAVEL DRIVE ONLY, AND IS LIMITED TO 1 TRUCK/BOAT COMBO☆

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please bag any trash, leftover food, and any personal items and place in provided garbage bags. All bags must then be place in the large black garbage can outside. Only bagged garbage is acceptable.
Before exiting the premises, please turn the air back to 73 degrees, or the heat back to 55 degrees. Please turn out all lights, tv's, etc.
Please lock the doors and place the keys back into the combination box and turn the numbers a bit so that it locks. Thank you for booking with us! Travel safely! We hope to see you again soon!

Property was adequate, very quiet and comfortable. Had a beautiful view of the lake. Property manager was easily accessible for some very minor issues and took care of them immediately. Really enjoyed our stay.

The cottage was comfortable But the dishwasher didn’t work there were no utensils for the grill outside and no toaster for breakfast It was a great location for the lake and boat launches were very close Thank you

4 day escape

I had 2 days with my son and his granddad which was great fishing and eating. Then wives and grandkids came for two days which was great! S'mores in fire pit, fishing, playground, and grilling. Great view. Lots of space for hunting groups. Family had a great time

We are also from West TN, and we love Reelfoot Lake! Our primary goal as your host is to make your stay as special and memorable as possible! We love fishing, camping, and all things outdoors and have the most beautiful place to enjoy all these things. We love to hear our guests stories about the memories made while staying on our property, and look forward to hosting you soon!

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood has the most amazing neighbors, and also hosts two amazing lakefront restaurants! Our beautiful wrap around porch has a screened deck, as well as an unscreened section to allow you to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake regardless of the temperature! The firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs is also the perfect place to unwind after a long day!

What makes this property unique

The view from the deck is spectacular! We also have all brand new appliances, new matresses & bedding with enclosed mattress covers. This unit has been completely remodeled, and the view is amazing!
