​Hurricane Update:

The entire complex is built on pillars more than 20 feet off the ground. The condo sustained no damage, we have been accepting guests for several weeks, the pool has been completely drained, acid washed, refilled and we have installed a new pump, a new filter and all new equipment. The pool has never looked better, the beaches are open, the restaurants are open and the weather is fantastic.


This incredible 2BR/2BA AMI condo is surrounded by water! To the east, Anna Maria Sound/Intracoastal Waterway is a serene playground for dolphins and manatees. You’ll enjoy the lush grassy lawn, the pier and boat dock/fishing dock on the sound side. To the west lie beautiful white sand beaches, and the shimmering emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A nicely manicured brick walkway leads to the beach. Here, you’ll have the best of both worlds, as well as a swimming pool. The pool patio area with lounge chairs is ensconced in nature; graceful palms, fragrant tropical flowers, and lush landscaping.

Relax on the sofa at the end of a long day to stream your favorite shows or movies, or gather your group for family movie night. The living room sofa is also a queen size sleeper.

The living room has new window coverings and a new, tropical ceiling fan with natural palm blades, as well as end tables with stylish, coastal-themed lamps and maritime fine wall art. Sliding glass doors from the living room open out to a balcony with expansive water views of Anna Maria Sound.

Kitchen & Dining:
The open-concept kitchen/living/dining is a design highlight of this condo. A chef is never isolated from the social scene. The sleek, stylish, completely renovated kitchen will dazzle guests with countertops and a breakfast bar the color of sunlight dancing on aquamarine water. These unique blue countertops add tropical tranquility to kitchen space. An ornate cream color Italian tile backsplash enhances these blue agate-hued countertops. Even the French white wood cabinets have fixtures the color of larimar. This cozy condo kitchen gleams with artistic, professional design and attention to detail.

In addition to thoughtful decor touches, this gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art, stainless appliances, including a French door fridge/freezer with ice maker, a glass stove top, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, and oversize farmhouse-style sink with adjustable spray nozzle. The kitchen is fully equipped with all-new pots, pans, cookware, dishware, bakeware, utensils, coffee mugs and glassware, as well as a new cappuccino/espresso maker, new kettle, new blender, food processor and toaster.

This condo offers two interior dining spaces, and one exterior (balcony) dining space. The kitchen has a breakfast table with a brightly upholstered, built-in, restaurant-style bench on one side, and elegant upholstered chairs on the opposite side. Fix a fresh tropical fruit salad for breakfast, or some Cuban sandwiches for brunch. This is a comfortable, easy spot for a morning meal.

Just beyond the kitchen pass-through window, between the kitchen and living room space, is a formal, round, pedestal-style dining table with upholstered seating for four. This formal dining space has bold, dynamic coastal wall art. Prepare fresh seafood for dinner or serve Cuban picadillo. Enhance the meal with grilled pineapple, guacamole, salsa and chips or sangria. Primary:
The primary bedroom has a new California King size bed with a new memory foam mattress, and sumptuous new linens, bedding and pillows. New, matching nightstands boast elegant glass reading lamps filled with colorful shells. There’s a new, large bureau and mirror, a wall-mounted 37" flat-screen television, a new ceiling fan with natural palm blades, and new window coverings. Sliding glass doors from the primary bedroom give direct access to a balcony with water views. A glorious spot to sip your morning coffee or fresh squeezed citrus juice!
A sliding barn door from the primary bedroom leads to the ensuite primary bathroom. This spa-like bathroom has an oversized white granite vanity, plenty of cabinet storage, a large brightly lit mirror, and custom-tiled, glass-door walk-in shower.
Guest Bedroom:
The guest bedroom offers a new bedroom suite with a Queen size bed, elegant matching nightstands with reading lamps, a new twin-size daybed/trundle bed, new mattresses, sumptuous new bedding, new ceiling fan, a closet and a new 37” TV. The guest bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a spacious white granite vanity, tons of storage, large, brightly-lit mirror and a faux-marble walk-in, glass-door shower.
Both bedrooms are equipped with alarm clocks and cable television. Bathrooms have plush towels, toiletries and hairdryers. The guest bedroom has been upgraded with a new high efficiency commode. Just off the main living area/entry way is a closet with a stackable washer/dryer and shelving for soap/laundry/etc. There’s also an iron and ironing board.

The beaches of Anna Maria flaunt the prettiest seashells in Florida. Anna Maria is also a top US location for rare seashells.

Enjoy fishing, boating, or watching manatees play off the eastern pier. Swim in the crystal clear pool, or lounge poolside, and enjoy reading a best seller.
