Hi! Welcome to Coyote Ridge! Your group gets the whole 4 acres, the whole house and alllll the amenities! Everything is private, well stocked, and ready for some fun! Bring your boats! Our base price includes up to 10 guests and we have a full time local property manager to assist with any needs :) Pool, Hot Tub, Game room, fire pits, large covered pavilion, pond, games… we can go on. Numerous repeat renters make this their second home each year :) 5 minutes from the lake! Come and try us out! Only 45 minutes from Dallas!

***We regularly host weddings at the property. We do showings prior to renting for Weddings as well***

House sleeps 20 in beds with use of 3 pullout sofas but there is room for more if needed. If you have more than 20 guests send us an inquiry and we can discuss.

If you and your group want room to spread out without another property right next door on both sides and tons of amenities YEAR ROUND, then this is the place for you. It is large and open with PLENTY of parking and we provide almost everything you will need to have a great time. We host vacationers, weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, birthday parties, girls weekends, guys weekends- you name it we have hosted it. Beautiful views in a peaceful setting and only about 5 minutes from the lake.

This home is around 10 minutes from the Nearest public boat ramp! 3 minutes from Gun Barrel City!
Our home is your home! 4,500 Sf home: 5 bedroom/4 baths Estate; 4 - acres; 3 outdoor patios INCLUDING A 1,500 Sf covered patio!

PLEASE SEND AN ONLINE INQUIRY BEFORE CALLING US- This is the most accurate way to get an official quote. Our base price includes 10 guests and we charge $25 a person per night above that. Please do not include the first 5 children age 5 and under in your number of guests- we do not charge for them. In the Inquiry, include your dates and the number of guests you will have spending the night. If you will have guests arriving only for use of the facility during the day please note that we do charge a small fee for them as well. This is because with large groups it costs us a lot more in electricity, septic space, wear and tear, supplies, cleaning, and amount of trash. Please just let us know about day guests in the notes section of your inquiry. We can break all reservations into three separate payments, only the first of which is due to reserve your dates.

***Please Note that we DO NOT accept single night rentals on Friday or Saturday nights unless Agreed upon first. A minimum payment will apply for any exceptions***

There is a small pond for catch and release fishing. Bass, Perch...

***Large Kitchen, lots of counter space; completely stocked.
***Three Ovens (One is a Convection Oven)

We Provide all Towels, Linens, pillows, kitchen appliances/utensils, pool towels, bug spray, shampoo/conditioner/body wash

We do monitor the number of guests and we do charge extra guest fees so please put in the correct number of guests in your inquiry or instant booking. We can add guests at any time if your party grows. This helps cover the additional wear and tear, trash, supplies, cleaning, septic space, water and electricity used by large groups. Our base price does already include up to 10 guests. The quote will automatically calculate the extra guest fees for you.

Host was super responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. The house was perfect for our group. There were 10 of us and we could spread about and enjoy separate activities with the TV, pool table, bar area, hot tub and living room with no one feeling crowded. Plus we could all sit at the table that seats 10 to break bread and enjoy several meals. Bedrooms were comfortable. House was clean and very warm. Kitchen well stocked with basics. We will def re-book next time we're in the area!

Great place

Coyote ridge is a fabulous place to stay. Its in town but a feeling of not being in town. There is so much to do at the property, plenty of games and things to do to keep the kids busy as well as the adults. Our only complaint was that we didnt book a longer stay.

Management was super nice and responsive. Had some issues with ants because of some new renovations but she was on top of staying in contact with us for anything we needed. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend. They do need a new cleaning crew but management acknowledged and we couldn’t have asked for a better weekend celebrating the bride to be!

Great Group Rental!

What an amazing place to have a large group stay. There is plenty of room for lots of people and you don’t ever feel like you are on top of each other. We enjoyed our stay, the pool was a relief for the hot weather, games entertained the younger adults and the older adults were able to relax.

We had such a good time. So much to do did not even need to leave. We fished for a little while and did not get one so hopefully next time we will. Planning on a trip in a few months so we can play in the pool! We had age ranges from 16 to 84 and was fun for all!

Our 3rd time here, it’s a great space for all to spread out or come together. We have 9 adults and 2 kids plus 3 dogs. Nice kitchen and family eating spot. The yard is certainly big for playing in or dogs roaming. The pool looks nice but we always come in the winter.
