Nestled in the heart of Tagaytay City.
Situated beside Olivarez College and near the famous Tagaytay Rotonda.

No loud noise that will disturb other guests.
No parties or events.
Not suitable for pets.

As a courtesy to the next guest it would be of great help to keep the unit clean and properly.
Any damage or loss to the unit shall be for the account of the guest.
Do not hang anything on the balcony grill to avoid fine by the admin
Do not pour cooking oil or small pieces of food into the sink to avoid clogging.
Turn off appliances when not in use to save electricity and for safety reasons.
Don't leave garbage along the hallway to avoid fine.
Let's take care of each others belongings, please do not forget to lock the door when going out.
We are not responsible for any loss.
*** to avoid check in/check out delays please inform us ahead of time if your checking in late/checking out early for us to allot time for the commute going to the condo.
