The cabin and views from the cabin were phenomenal. The cabin is located at the top of the mountain. While there are neighbors there is privacy on the back deck to enjoy the hot tub. Everything was clean and the amenities in the cabin were appreciated.
We enjoyed our stay immensely
Thank you.
We had a great two night stay. The property manager sent me a text as soon as the cabin was ready (which was several hours early). The cabin was clean and fully stocked with what we needed. The view was beautiful as well.
Beautiful cabin, hot tub was a wonderfully touch even when it was -20° outside, you gain about 500 ft of elevation within a 5 minute climb to the cabin but overall was a great experience, kids absolutely loved the cabin, about 20 minutes from pigeon forge and 22 minutes from gatlinburg, will stay again!

Relaxing at its finest
We loved the cabin. It was exactly as the pictures had shown. The view is beautiful from the balcony and the hot tub was an extra nice perk. The location is not too far from all of the attractions and shopping. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay, this is for you. Heads up on the roads getting in. It’s a narrow road and twists and turns pretty sharp.
Beautiful cabin with a beautiful view. We loved going to bed with a view of mountain lights and waking up to a view of mountains through the sliding glass door in our bedroom. The hot tub on the deck was very relaxing with a great view also. The cabin was very clean with everything we needed. It is in a great location, close to everything, but far enough away to be peaceful. We hope we can return to the Smokey Mountains and this same cabin in the near future.
There was a sulfur smell coming from faucets and shower. We recommend that you should have bottle water available for cooking and making coffee. We notified our guest representative and she was aware of the problem but unfortunately we were not told in advance when booking this property.
Could not check in on time due to cleaning lady and her daughter still inside cabin till 30 mins after check in. The dishes were so nasty and covered in grease. The dishwasher had hair and food inside it. The oven looked to never have been cleaned Inside as well. Hot tub inside jets were black and nasty.

Hi Justin, we want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% ready for their stay, so we take the cleanliness of our properties seriously! We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We apologize that there were some issues at your arrival. We have worked with our team to address the issues from your stay. We also refunded your cleaning fee in an effort to make up for the inconvenience. We truly go above and beyond for our guests as other reviews mention, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!
Lighting was not very good and we had lights go out during our stay so we were sitting in the dark in the dining room because we were not going to risk our health to stand on a dining room table or other and risk falling to put in a light bulb which couldn't find any anyway.
The dryer did not work for well we didn't try it because coming off of it and we didn't want to end up messing it up even worse. So we were unable to wash and dry clothing while we were there. Cabin
is well stocked with dishes brought paper plates paper cups and everything paper so we would not have to deal with a bunch of dishes on the last day of our state because we were not there that long.
On the best side was the panoramic view from the balcony but we didn't even use the hot tub because it was full of water and I don't know how long has it been there there was dust in the jacuzzi in the bedroom so we didn't use that either. Basically we pay just to get a view and while that was a great view the pricing was a little bit steep for what we got.
Contact with the property manager is fantastic she always got back to us right away. I hope that those items that we sent those are do get fixed before the next guest comes along. Had we had a better physical condition of the cabin I would have given it a five star review.

Hi Toresea, we’re happy to hear you enjoyed the panoramic view from the balcony and appreciated the quick communication with the property manager. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to provide a bit more context on some of the items mentioned:-The dining room lights have dimmer switches, which may not have been turned up to full brightness. We’ll ensure this feature is communicated more clearly in the future.-The appliances are relatively new, but we’ll have them checked to make sure everything is in top condition for future guests.-The hot tub water is changed before each guest’s arrival to ensure a clean experience. We’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations and will work with our cleaning team to double-check the jacuzzi as well.Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We’re always looking to improve and appreciate your feedback. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide you with the five-star experience you deserve!

Lovely Smokey Mtns
The cabin was delightful, and definitely set up for honeymooners, but in this case, that was not our situation. I and my long time friend, she came from Alaska and I came from Arizona. Started in Nashville, and then came to the cabin to hang out in the woods. It was OK, but somewhat marginalized by huge tall trees, right dead center of the view. Hot tubs in excess, one outside and a big one inside seems a little unnecessary. The outside one runs off snd on all night long. Pretty well stocked EXCEPT for one large omission, there was only one partial roll of toilet paper and nothing else. As in previous reviews, the pillows needed to be replaced years ago. There’s two and they’re just flat and old. Also a really really slippery rug right in front of the slider to the back porch. My biggest surprising negative was to have this beautiful back porch and there’s no chairs other than a little hightop table in the corner. Not everyone is wanting to or Mobile enough to sit in high top uncomfortable chairs. You’re in the smoky mountains for a gorgeous view. You have no rocking chairs or Adirondack chairs or anything to sit and enjoy the outdoors except to bring out the uncomfortable wooden dining chairs of which there are only two. Definitely be a five star with a few relatively minor easily remedied changes.
This cabin is in a nice location, and is a cute place. My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon. We loved everything about this cabin except for a couple things. The bed is a king size but only had 2 pillows total, and the pillows were super thin. They need to add better quality and more pillows. The tub inside is not cleaned with the proper type of cleaner. The jets look dirty but its stains from the well water. With the proper cleaner the maid could get them clean easily. The water is HORRIBLE. I think its an issue with this cabin and the surrounding cabins. We had to buy water for drinking, brushing teeth, cooking with, etc. First thing in the morning trying to take a shower with the smell of sulfur well water was not pleasant. We both are not weak stomached but the water was nauseating first thing in the morning. This place is clean but it definitely needs a thorough deep cleaning. For example the door tracks, and mattress protectors need to be cleaned. The trash can in the kitchen was clean on the outside but the inside needed a wipe down. A little better cleaning, more pillows, and the water smell being addressed would make this a 5 star place.
The cabin is cozy, attractive, and clean. The view of the mountains is beautiful. It was so pleasant to stay in quiet surroundings, yet be close enough to all of the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The only reason I gave the property four stars instead of five is that there is a bad odor that comes from the water out of the faucets and shower. It has the smell of sulfur (rotten eggs) that sometimes comes from well water. I brought in bottles of water to use for making coffee and brushing my teeth. Otherwise, it didn’t bother me much, nor did it leave a bad smell on my skin at all. Overall, I thought it was a good value and I enjoyed my stay.
Three stars due to the sulphur water, otherwise four stars.. We had to purchase bottled water to drink. Just couldn't get past the rotten egg smell from the tap! The hot tub was relaxing, with no odor issue. Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable furnishings.
Very, very nice stay. Cabin is clean, well appointed, and private. Check-in/out was super easy.
There are a very few things you want to know.
1. It's a long drive from anything to the top of the mountain. Bring stuff with you.
2. The house is too dark. If your eyes are old like mine, this is the only real negative to the stay. Had to stay in for a rainy afternoon and tried work a puzzle. Couldn't see well enough to do it.
3. Bring drinking water or a filter pitcher. The water is safe to drink, but it has a terrible sulfur smell that makes it unappetizing in a glass. Also makes terrible coffee.
We really enjoyed our stay. House has a beautiful view, very clean. We wish the pillows were a little fluffier but it definitely did not ruin the stay. Thank you
Everything about this cabin and stay were great. Nice, quiet, kind of secluded. Only minor complaint would be the road getting up to it. But once you maneuver it a couple times it's fine. I'd definitely stay here again.
Great little cabin in the mountains. As others have mentioned the road up is tight but other than that the cabin was clean and the views were amazing. Nice to wind down the days especially after hiking in the hot tub enjoying the view
Cabin was nice and clean.
There were only 4 towels for 2 people for 4 nights wasn't enough. We constantly had to wash them.
Also, bed was very very uncomfortable and need to upgrade to better pillows! Other than that, stay was fine!
This cabin has the best views!!!! The owner was great the cleaning crew was great!!!! We had a short drive to go Zip Lining that was amazing. From the hot tub on the back deck you can see everything. Highly recommend for a great time 👍
Needs more lighting. Cabin is nice. Beautiful view. Loved the outdoor shower.

Great stay!
Very nice, clean, and convenient! Would definitely stay again. Only unexpected thing would be the narrow, steep road leading up to the house. Just a little inconvenient if there’s oncoming traffic, but I know that’s no ones fault.
