Remodeled in 2024, this property is tasteful, clean and located in the heart of the Wisconsin Dells and everything this area has to offer. This property is perfect for families, golfers, skiers, girl`s weekends, and (well mannered) bachelor or bachelorette parties. Our guests really enjoy our backyard (enclosed with a privacy fence) where they can take advantage of the private hot tub and fire pit year-round.

Our home boasts two family rooms, separated by the well-equipped kitchen, with large Roku TV`s. This is a great setup for watching the Packers (or whoever your favorite team is).

Guests can use our complimentary 50A Level 2 universal EV charger, compatible with Tesla (NACS) and all other EVs using J1772 adapters. Charge your EV fast and safely while enjoying all the Wisconsin Dells has to offer.
- Occupancy is limited to 10 people

- Must be 21 years old to rent

- Fireworks are not allowed

- The fireplace/wood stove in the house is not operational and may not be used. It is decorative only.

- Smoking is only allowed on the driveway and smokers must clean up after themselves. No smoking (anything) or vaping on the patio, porch, or in the house. Signs of smoking (including smells) will result in a $500 penalty for odor abatement and additional cleaning.

- No glass containers or food in or around the hot tub

- Guests must shower before entering the hot tub

- Children are not allowed in the hot tub at any time

- Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

- Hot tub use is considered `at one`s own risk`

- No jumping or diving in the hot tub

- Replace hot tub cover when not in use

- Do not add soaps, bubbles, oils, or any such chemicals to the hot tub

- Owner and management reserve the right to evict guest(s) at any time and for any infractions, neighborhood complaints, or general misuse of the property and/or its contents.
