The Space:

Welcome to paradise - this oceanfront condo will not disappoint! The unit located in Meridian Plaza - which is in downtown Myrtle Beach - many restaurants, shopping areas, and attractions are nearby. The unit boasts and unobstructed oceanview; so come on down and enjoy a memorable vacation!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: **1 vehicle limit** Easy access parking lot across the street from the building. Only 1 vehicle is allowed. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: Complex elevator is available.



Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Oceanfront views. Sleeper sofa.



Bedroom: Large space with king bed. Connects directly to the main area via hallway (barn door).



Bathroom: Located in the hallway



Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!



Pool: Shared complex pools - indoor & outdoor! Indoor hot tub! Operation subject to HOA determined seasonal schedule.



Laundry: Guest Laundry is located near the indoor pool area. Laundry hours are 9AM to 11PM.



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



A/C: A/C and heat. Set the temperature to your desired level!



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (not the locked owner closest) along with the shared complex amenities.



The Neighborhood:

The complex is located in a popular section of Myrtle Beach, which makes for a perfect trip.



- Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 5.2 miles

- Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade is about 1.8 miles

- SkyWheel Myrtle Beach is about 0.9 miles

- Myrtle Beach State Park is about 7.9 miles



Getting Around:

Guests will have 1 parking pass and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

Routine Pest Control happens monthly on the 3rd Tuesday. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



No pets. Minimum booking age 21. Max guest count is 4.
