Ocean Forest Villas A318 - Oceanview!

Summary:

This newly designed, top floor, oceanview condo is located along the Golden Mile Section of Myrtle Beach. There is dedicated beach access for only the guests of this complex. You will enjoy being in a quiet area while still minutes away from all the shopping, restaurants, attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer.



By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Easy access private parking lot monitored by security. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.



Entry: **No Elevator** Must walk up about 30 steps to get to unit on 3rd floor. Self check-in with keypad. **Please note there is a ring doorbell at the front door**



Kitchen: Newly updated floors/appliances/countertops! Includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Access to Oceanview balcony via sliding glass doors.



Bedroom 1: Balcony access! 1 king bed.



Bathroom 1: Newly updated! Attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: King bed. TV.



Bathroom 2: Located in hallway between the bedrooms. Full shower/tub.



Balcony: Beautiful Oceanview. Incredible spot!



Pool/hot tubs: There are 2 pools, 1 kids pool, and 2 hot tubs in the complex. The two hot tubs are located next to buildings C and E. The pools will be closed for the season between November 15th and March 15th. One of the hot tubs will remain open year round.



Beach: Walk across the street and use one of the entry access points across the dunes! Significantly less crowded than the large resort areas. Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Other: There are a couple beach chairs provided in the front closet as you enter the condo, but feel free to bring your own.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided, but the guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Coin operated machines in the complex. $2 per wash and $2 per dry, recommend bringing quarters if you plan to do laundry. Located on the 2nd floor.



Other Amenities: Grilling area for guests. Stationary workout equipment along sidewalk in front of condo.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet) along with access to all amenities that are in the Ocean Forest Villas complex (pools/hot tubs/grilling).



The Neighborhood:

This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach, known as the Golden Mile Section.

- Myrtle Beach International Airport is about 7.7 miles

- Broadway At The Beach is about 3.6 miles

- The Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach is about 5.3 miles

- Myrtle Beach Convention Center is about 3.2 miles



Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



**THE HOA HAS A $75 FINE FOR EXCESSIVE NOISE DURING QUIET HOURS, 10 PM - 8 AM**

Routine Pest Control happens on the second Thursday of every month. On the day of service, a technician will need access to the property in order to complete the treatment, and we kindly request that guests allow entry. You will be notified a few days prior to the scheduled visit. Please note that if access is not provided, a fine of up to $250 may be applied to the reservation.



All guests are required to follow the HOA rules and regulations while staying on the property. Any violations issued by the HOA during your stay are the responsibility of the guest. Should any fines or fees be incurred as a result of a violation, the guest will be solely responsible for covering those charges.
