The second level has four bedrooms with the master having a king size bed, beautiful ensuite bathroom and a small nursery room/closet. Added to that is a walk out balcony with sunset views over the treetops. There are also two large king bedrooms, and a further full-size bedroom sharing two bathrooms. The living area on this level has two large couches and an electric piano and guitar.

The main level is where the family/group hang out. It has huge open plan living a dining area with a 15' x 5' dining table that easily seats 16. The kitchen is a chef's delight with modern appliances, plenty of space and counter tops including four stools. Outside on the porch is a grill, high top dining table with 6 stools and an outdoor sitting area overlooking the 8th green.

The terrace level has fun in mind, with an exquisite pool table, couches, TV and a high-top gaming table with roulette, craps, cards or just used as a bar. There is also a large bedroom that sleeps 4 with either two twin XL's or when pushed together a king size bed and also has a twin bunk. The terrace level also has full bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. The deck on this level has a high-top, seating and a 5-person hot tub coming in January 2025.
