Our Cabin received a full refresh in late 2024 with many interior/exterior upgrades as well as ALL new furnishings. About Our Cabin:
1️⃣ MAIN LEVEL: When you enter the cabin, you will be on our main level. Here you'll find our updated, well-appointed kitchen, cozy Family Room with breathtaking views, dining area and king bedroom/full bathroom.

2️⃣ UPPER LEVEL: Upstairs, you'll enjoy the spacious main king bedroom with a private deck and sitting area where you can take in the amazing view of the Smoky Mountains. There is a full bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Above the bathroom is the loft area with two twin beds for the kiddos.

3️⃣ LOWER LEVEL: The basement is for gathering! This level boasts a game room and another king bedroom, full bathroom and queen sofa sleeper. This is also where the fun begins. Here you can enjoy the hot tub, Foosball table, Arcade system, lots of board games or watch TV. There is also a table that can be used for additional dining space, family game night or a workspace. The laundry is also located on this level.

📺 Game Room and Family Room TVs have cable with over 125 channels.

🎦 All bedrooms have TVs with Roku Streaming Sticks.

🛜 Cabin has high-speed internet with eero mesh so there is no loss of connectivity.

🧽 Cleanliness is a top priority for us. We work very close with our cleaning team to ensure our standards are consistently met. We also stay at our property regularly to inspect and perform additional detailed cleaning and maintenance.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Our Requirements to Book:
1️⃣ Must be 25 years of age to book our property, and we may request an ID for verification.
2️⃣ Must have a verified profile with a minimum of 3 reviews (average 4.7 rating).
3️⃣ Review terms of and sign our required rental agreement which will be in your guest portal once booking is confirmed. This MUST be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
4️⃣ Provide full names of all guests staying on property. This must be completed within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
5️⃣ Rental agreement must be signed and guest list submitted prior to receiving property access instructions.
6️⃣ $175.00 security deposit is required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Roads to our Property:
Reaching our cabin involves driving up a paved, winding and sometimes steep mountain road. Keep in mind that these roads can become traitorous during inclement weather, and you should plan accordingly.

Resort Water:
The Preserve Resort is on well water. It can have a sulfur smell however, it's not harmful. You may want to consider using bottled water for drinking and cooking.
