This beautifully renovated waterfront house includes amenities such as a brand-new pool, indoor and outdoor seating with water views, a waterfront dock, Smart TV, High-Speed Internet, and a nearby boat launch. The relaxing yard area creates a Paradise mood with its beautiful natural environment and water scenery. Your group can relax outside, cook dinner, and then dine with a tropical view in the privacy of your own home.
The house has a dock with beautiful access to the water; a brand-new pool, and an extra-large play area, equipped with kayaks, paddleboards, a pool table, bicycles, scooters, a ping-pong table, foosball table, a grill, etc. that guests can use AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Paddleboards and kayaks CANNOT be left in the canal OVERNIGHT.
There are helmets, lifejackets, and a pool alarm device that SHOULD be used for your safety.
