House is stuning and very spacious. Pool is super nice for the evening swims for the kids. 8-10min drive to Havasu park or London Bridge Village. Giant garage that easily fit a ram 2500 with a 21ft boat attached.

My husband and I needed a break from life and we found it in Lake Havasu in this little slice of heaven. The house was clean, cozy, welcoming and downright comforting. The host was always available and beyond kind. The swimming pool was amazing. We spent the majority of our trip lounging in it. We had breakfast at Juicy’s, delicious! And dinner at Cha-Bones, amazing!!! Great food at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this home for anyone seeking a relaxing getaway in Lake Havasu!

We have stayed in many VRBO’s and this was one of the best. We loved sitting on the deck with a view of the lake at sunset. The extra large garage was a plus for putting our sidexsides in while we went out. The owner was very communicative with us on anything we needed. We would highly recommend this place and will book again there.

Great Place - Needed The R&R

Everything was on point to just chill out for a few days around the 4th of July festivities. Thoroughly enjoyed the house and the pool! Close enough to town when we needed to be there - but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet!

Property was as described, even more beautiful in person. Excellent location to downtown Lake Havasu and all attractions, shopping and dining. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood setting. Relaxing in the pool and hot tub each night under the starry sky, overlooking the lake, was perfection. Very kind owners, very welcoming. 10 out of 10 stay!

Peaceful - Perfect!

Highly recommended! We were looking for a home with a private pool and this was the perfect home! We have stayed at many VRBOs and this home was one of the CLEANEST homes we have visited. It was the perfect location - just outside the city so it was quiet and peaceful - but still just a few minutes drive to the City. There were a few restaurants within just minutes (BlondZee's - great burger and breakfast) and (Locos Bar and Cocina for delicious Mexican Food). Were were in Havasu City for the Desert Storm event which was loud and fun - so this home was the perfect place to return to after a day in the City. Communication beforehand with the owners were much appreciated - the management company was quick and professional when responding. All rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This property was fantastic. The view of the lake was nice the home was very clean. The pool didnt need to be heated it was like warm bath water just from the sun. The only downside during our stay was the road work in front of the house made it a little odd backing our boat in.

Very nice house and lots to do

The house was absolutely lovely, offering plenty of amenities to keep us entertained! Three couples flew into Las Vegas, embarking on a scenic two-hour journey to our accommodation. Upon arrival, we found the house to be well-equipped, requiring only our provisions to make it feel like home. The owner was extremely helpful and readily available, which eased any concerns we had. The house was spacious and the double ovens in the kitchen were appreciated! We also enjoyed grilling out on the large outdoor patio. But relaxing in the hot tub after our excursions always ended our evenings on a relaxing note!

It should have been great...

The house is beautifully appointed--the pictures do it justice. We were looking forward to a short stress-free post-Christmas weekend. We especially looked forward to taking advantage of the hot tub and fire place during a cool Arizona December. Unfortunately, neither one of these major features worked. Spent the whole first night of two nights there texting and talking with the owners trying to get the hot tub working. Nothing. Our second day outing was ruined by a call that a repairman was at the house and needed to get in. It took him five minutes to tell us that there was virtually no propane in the house's tank and that nothing was going to work because of that. The house is beautiful--although if you have dust allergies, do ask if the cleaners can clean the many silk plants that accent every room. If you have small children, be aware that there's a precipitous drop just beyond the pool and that there's no fence. It's not a walking about neighborhood either: confederate flags hanging in windows and the adult bookstore around the corner didn't make us feel especially relaxed. In hindsight, the fact that the cleaners were there well after check-in time should have been an omen. The garage door remote also didn't work and there we were trekking out to buy batteries for it--for which we weren't refunded, either. We had to delay getting in--which we accommodated but later we realized that we should have just headed back home! Had to call, email a few times and wait on Evolve to get back to us about potential refund or consideration. Owners sent text when we were leaving and offered us a free night in the future. We would have appreciated having that free night deducted from our stay. Crickets on that one! And...the cleaners, who were very late on the first day were super early on the day of departure. We couldn't even get out of the driveway before the stated departure time before they were barrelling in. Got a modest percentage of 15% on one night's stay from the owners and a bit more from Evolve that amounted to just over one half of one night's stay. Not sure that we're ever going back to Lake Havasu--at least not until the memories of a trip spoiled have faded from our memories!
