This well established and spacious single storey 4 Bedroom 3 bathroom Detached Villa is set within the country club community of Ridgewood Lakes and its Championship 18 Hole Golf Course, offering affordable accommodation on a Prestigious Resort.

The home is Open Plan and has a very bright and spacious feel. The comfortable furnishings in the two lounges make it the perfect place to unwind after a day in the parks, one area includes a large TV with another more cosy area to relax and read a book.

The dark wood Kitchen is fully equipped to make yourself at home and has everything you will need to prepare a light lunch to a large family meal which can be enjoyed at the Formal Dining area. There is also a Breakfast Nook that overlooks the pool area and bar stools for those quick breakfast or light lunches.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES INCLUDE A WASHER AND DRYER FREE WI FI AND CABLE TV – FREE US AND CANADA CALLS.

There is a Games Room that includes a Pool Table and a Foosball Table, with seating and TV, making it the ideal place for those with a competitive nature to gather.

There is a Master king suite in a calming cream décor with a Flat Screen TV and includes Ensuite facilities of a bath with separate shower and double sinks.

The Queen suite continues the cream décor and also boasts a flat screen TV with bath/shower Ensuite facilities. This is a perfect room to offer your guests.

There are a further 2 twin bedrooms pleasantly decorated in neutral tones, the perfect rooms for friends or siblings to share. The twin bedrooms have the added benefit of a Jack n Jill Bathroom

We loved this rental! Communication with rental agency was easy and thorough. Had no problems with check in. House was very clean, had a great layout for us, kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and there was a game room in the garage. Area was quite even with the golf course right in the backyard. Would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT GET AWAY!!!!

Beautiful home in a gated community with easy check in and check out. Family fun for older children with the converted garage to game room. Serene and peaceful views of the golf course. I loved the lay out of this 4 bedroom get away!

Ridgewood is a great area. Only issue is that the dryer was not heating. It took a few days to get it looked at and then they had to order a part for it. We had no dryer for the most of the week

Very clean home but horrible communication.

Overall I have no complaints as far the house. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner of the property was the problem. We booked this property 2 weeks prior to our arrival. The owner may have sent us one or two emails giving us instructions, rules and an invoice. He waited until the day of our check in to ask for verification of our identity or else we wouldn't be able to enter the property nor would we get a refund. So we sent a copy of my husbands drivers license. But that wasn't enough. We get another email saying he now needs a picture of my husband holding his license. Keep in my mind this is the day of our arrival. As ridiculous as it sounded we still cooperated. Only to get another email saying he needed more proof of verification because my husbands address on his license didn't match the address on the credit card we paid with. My husband is a truck driver and is constantly on the road so we have a private mailbox where most of our mail goes. We explained this to him but that wasn't enough. He now wanted bank statements with my husbands name and billing address. Eventually we got all the info he wanted. And he finally sent us the email with the code to the door and etc. When we finally made it to the property, security at the front wouldn't let us in because the owner hadn't put us on the list as guest. They made several attempts to contact the owner, who lived in the UK. Nothing. Half an hour later, a manager finally comes to the gate and explained what the problem was and that it was protocol and mandatory for the owner to list all guest that will be staying at the property. He never did. She was very nice and asked us to email her a copy of our invoice and she eventually let us in. We never heard anything from the owner. Also the morning before our check out, the internet was turned off. The kids couldn't watch TV because they were all connected to the internet. So thank goodness we had hotspot. Great house, horrible owner.
