The property was very nice and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and playing pool. There was plenty of room for my family and dogs. Its on a very steep hill and loading and unloading the car was a little difficult. The cabin was clean.
Great cabin. Great stay. No problems. Everything worked. Would suggest a level parking space. The location is on a high hill with no level parking for unloading. Other than they it was a great stay! Would go again.

The property is within a gated community which provided security. However, upon arrival (an hour after check in) the cleaning services were still on site. Left no toilet paper, trash in the driveway, and forgot the linen in the dryer. House was quaint enough to accommodate my husband and parents. Hot tub was advised to be out of service and was never fixed during stay. For the price I paid, the only highlight was that the city center and amusement park were minutes away. Interior decorations and amenities that were available were in very worn conditions and outdated. The only modern appliances were the stove and fridge. The driveway is very small and needs to be repaved. House is on the steep part of the hill so be prepared to use your emergency brake. View of the mountainside is obstructed with trees so it wasn’t until my husband I climbed to the top to see the Mountain View. They could have gotten rid of the pool table and installed a kitchen island to make it more family accommodative. No one really used the pool table. Doors to the bedroom need to be lifted due to shifting of the foundation. The only great memory I created was spending it outside at the National Park and Dollywood. Disappointed in paying so much for a less than average stay at motel like cabin.
