Located in the town of Moneta, enjoy what this 5-bedroom villa has to offer. With 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a bunk room with bunk bed and two twin beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 4 full bathrooms feature a jetted bathtub, bathtub, shower, and hair dryers for added convenience. In addition, guests can unwind in both the upstairs and downstairs living room.

Enjoy the resort like feel of Bridgewater Bay with access to the swimming pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, and community clubhouse.

Guests will enjoy our lakefront balcony with seating to enjoy morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. There is an additional lower level patio with fire pit and extra seating to relax right by the lake. There is also a 4 burner Blackstone grill on the lower level for all your grilling needs.

We have all your cooking needs covered with a fully stocked kitchen. The upstairs dining room has seating for 8 and an additional 4 seats at the kitchen bar. There is an additional table and 5 chairs in the downstairs living room. Guests may park one car in our garage and two more cars in driveway. Additional parking is located at the cul-d-sac at the end of the street.

This beautiful property was the perfect weekend retreat for four couples looking to RELAX. Stayed at many places on the lake, but this one will be remembered for its clean and spacious rooms, its lakefront location, and the friendly and attentive property manager. We will be back for sure! Our villa has such a wonderful full view of the lake and is located within a very welcoming and safe community. The proximity to local amenities such as grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and marinas makes staying at Bridgewater Bay such a delight.
