Occupancy is limited to 20 overnight guests, but we welcome small gatherings of up to 40 people with prior approval and a gathering fee. While the property is spacious, it is on a quiet residential street, so gatherings must be consistent with the peaceful character of the neighborhood—this includes staying entirely on the property and avoiding street parking. Please review our gathering guidelines to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
