Hi! We built the Soggy Beaver cabin to be a place to make memories with friends and family. We wanted to create an luxurious environment where someone could recharge with the beauty of the mountains and feel the attention to detail in everything. We love experiencing all of the mountain activities as a family, whether summer, fall, winter, or spring.....we've found amazing things to do year round that makes us so grateful to have this place to come back to.
We are so excited to share it with you and hope that you love it as much as we do. We put a lot of thought and love into the design and build of this cabin and are honored to host you, your families, and friends as you make memories at our favorite place.
Why they chose this property
We love the feeling of being away from it all, having the seclusion of a remote mountain cabin, but with the access to amenities, activities, and the safety of being close to resources (fire, police, hospital, groceries).
We love the natural element of the property and love to see the wildlife that we share the land with.
Our favorite is to use the sunset deck for a morning meditation/dedication, afternoon cocktail, and sunset nightcap. It's a great place gather and take in the views.
What makes this property unique
The views are second to none! From our sunset deck, you can view the range, trout stream and Breckenridge mountain. You'll feel secluded and private, but have access to the most fun activities you care to experience.
