Our cozy 3 bedroom & 3 bathroom Villa Seas the Day is located in one of the best locations in Cape Coral! The lanai and pool area has perfect south exposure where you can enjoy magnificent sunsets from the terrace or the lounge with panoramic canal view.

Direct sailboat access to the river by boat without having to pass a lock or a bridge! Being so close to open water means you'll have the opportunity to experience true Florida wildlife such as dolphins and manatees right by the dock. Enjoy some of the world’s most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel and Captiva. 2 Kayaks will also be available for your stay at our house!

The Villa Seas the Day offers an open floor plan with high ceilings and a very spacious living area. The large wall of sliding doors makes it possible to enjoy the amazing view even from the inside. The Living room has plenty of space for the entire family with comfortable recliners and a large Smart TV.

The Master bedroom is en-suite and has a King size bed, a TV and a large walk in closet. You can access the lanai and pool area. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower, double sinks and a freestanding bathtub. The toilet is separate.

The second bedroom is also en-suite with a King size bed, a TV, a normal size closet and a separate full private bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the pool area.

The third bedroom has a Queen size beds and a normal size closet. The third full bathroom also has a walk-in shower.

You will find everything you need in the fully equipped and modern kitchen. Even a Nespresso coffee machine is available - don't forget to bring your favorite capsules from home! Outside there is a gas BBQ-grill.
