Location, price, and size of home were all perfect for our group. We were able to sleep 12 adults and 3 small children by using the couches, futon, and pack n play in addition to the bedrooms. Maryam was friendly and helpful and a good communicator throughout our stay. We also had the community pool to ourselves for several hours one day.Our only hiccup was a brief interruption in wifi service which Maryam resolved quickly. Thank you and we will visit again!!

Entire house was very clean upon arrival. Had an issue with the lock but emailed the hostess & she immediately unlocked the door remotely & we got it corrected. Host was exceptional. Kitchen had the bulk of what we needed & what we needed to get was no big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and dog friendly

Easy check-in and well-stocked kitchen. Spacious fully-fenced back yard with great lounging furniture. Comfortable beds. Great location.

The owner is so nice and an experienced landlord. The house is very spacious and well-laid out with a huge yard that has an outdoor nice seating area, a grill, and an artificial turf lawn and a gravel area for the dogs. They have some lawn games in the garage, camp chairs and boogie boards to take to the beach. It was recently converted from a long term rental and you can tell that there is still some work in progress by the house is in good condition. The beds are comfortable and bedding and pillows are new. The kitchen has nice amenities like a Ninja and Cuisinart food processor, nice pots and pans and glassware, but lacking a couple of basics like a wine bottle opener, pepper, sugar. It would be nice to have body soap and conditioner in all bathrooms. The house has really comfortable and high quality furniture but could use a few more chairs (it only has 4 at the kitchen table plus 4 high tops at the counter but has 5 bedrooms) and some blankets (the beds have a thin coverlet and sheets). The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It appears that the vast majority of properties are homeowners. It’s a short walk to the community pool and parks. 25 min to Del Mar beach.
