The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, and oven. A complete set of utensils, dishes, glasses, pots, and pans, along with a coffee maker, are at your disposal. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea to start your mornings right.

Note: The pool is closed during winter and is available from May to September.

● Visits and Unit Access: Guests will be notified in advance if access is needed, except in emergencies.
● Pets allowed with permission and reservation. Additional pet fees apply.
We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and will result in a minimum fine of $1000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $100 per pet. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar.

- No events, parties or large gatherings.

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21.

NOTE: While we make every effort to inform guests in advance, it may occasionally be necessary for maintenance personnel to access the exterior of the property during your stay to service amenities such as the pool, lawn, or other facilities. We respect your privacy and will never enter the home without your permission. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
