This home has all the elements of the perfect Florida getaway: a waterfront location just off Tampa Bay, a private screened-in pool and hot tub, and a central location near some of the area’s best beaches and urban environments. Waterfront Pool House is nestled right on a water channel in Apollo Beach. There’s no better place to peacefully enjoy your morning coffee than on your personal dock with built-in benches.



The Space:

You’ll want to make the most of the Florida sunshine with days of playing and relaxing in the pool. The covered patio offers additional outdoor space that is sure to be a highlight of your trip with a built-in bar, grill, dining table, and tv. The recreation doesn’t stop once you’re indoors, with an entire room dedicated to billiards. The beautiful pool table is surrounded by vintage artwork and a high-top table where you can enjoy a drink between games.



Newly renovated kitchen and living room are open to one another with sliding glass doors looking out over the pool area. The leather couches facing the smart tv are the perfect place to unwind indoors, while the fully equipped kitchen is a great place to share a quick snack at the counter with barstool seating. Between the gorgeous stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and full cookware set, you’ll easily be able to whip up delicious meals at home.



This home sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.



Bedrooms #1 - #3 each have a queen size bed and tv.



Bedroom #4 has a king size bed and tv.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- The home has 2 fully updated bathrooms, 1 with a spacious walk-in shower, the other with a shower/tub combo and direct access to the patio and pool area.

- Parking space for 3 vehicles is provided in the driveway.

Washer and dryer in unit.

- Pool can be heated, however, it is not automatically heated 24/7. There is no extra charge to heat the pool. To turn the heat on has to be requested as it is operated remotely. If you would like the pool to be preheated and ready to use upon your arrival, please send a request at least 24hrs prior to your check in/ arrival day.



Our cancellation policy applies to all bookings without exception—please consider travel insurance. Changes to reservations incur a $75 fee. Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to approval and extra charges.



One of the best parts about staying in Apollo Beach is the central location between some of the area’s best places to visit. Downtown Tampa is a quick 35 minutes away where you might catch a concert, watch one of the professional sporting teams behind the city’s nickname “Champa Bay,” or visit the popular market at Armature Works with tons of food vendors, drink options, and outdoor space to enjoy. On beach days, you get to choose from some of the best. St. Pete Beach and Anna Maria Island are each about an hour away. A little further, Clearwater Beach and Sarasota are easy day trips about an hour and a half away with awesome dining, shopping, and entertainment all right on the beach.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability, require approval, and are subject to an additional fee depending on the number of additional hours requested.
