The location was excellent lots of good food with walking distance not too far from the wedding venue we had to go to. Communication with the host was great. Everything was just as described.

The place was suitable for the 2 day stay and Detroit lions football game. Not much to do as a family in that area. Overall, it was ok. There was garbage all over the property as the bins were overloaded from previous guests

Detroit Trip
The hosts were very friendly, but check in was difficult because I received a text the morning of to pay a deposit which was not processed until I called to inquire how to get in upon arrival. The house is in a great location, but dirty and two separate shelves fell off the walls while we were there. It felt very much like a property where the minimal amount of effort was put in to make the most money possible.
For the price, it was quite nice. Unfortunately the twin beds did not have sheets and blankets, nor was there bedding for the hide a bed. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, and not much else in terms of hygiene products. Although we carried most of our own, some guests might rely on those items being provided. The basics were good, and potentially able to house a large group, but the lack of bedding would have made that impossible.
