Quiet property on dead-end street in a historic neighborhood nearby parks and walking trails. Very close to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops, and also very close to hospitals for those who are traveling healthcare professionals. Fully furnished, ready to live in and be your home away from home. Kitchen fully equipped with utensils, cookware, and dishes. Full sized fridge/freezer. Dishwasher and Laundry machines in home; laundry is in basement- basement access is from the outside.

This rental is professionally managed by Ruesch Management. We have an office located in Downtown Green Bay with 24 hour maintenance service.

Historic quiet Neighborhood near many restaurants, walking trails, and very near to two of Green Bay's hospitals.

Please note that due to the varying length of stays at this property, we do not provide disposable items such as soaps/detergents/cleaning chemicals, trash bags, coffee filters, spices/cooking oil, or paper products. The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. Our cleaners provide a few starter disposable items for your initial arrival.

We loved this comfortable home in a tranquil neighborhood that had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend trip to see the Green Bay Packers. Our property was the perfect launching pad to all that we wished to see and do -- only a 10 minute drive to Lambeau, not far from a stop on the QB Sneak Game Day Route, and just 10 minutes to the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary. The kitchen was well equipped; living and bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. Smoke and CO detectors were present. We were most impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by LeeAnn, Taylor, and Rachel. We hope to visit again soon and stay here once again.
