Guest Access

Built on a large 700 square meter block this as new Villa features 5 bedrooms each with a private ensuite, an air conditioned home theatre with gold class lounges, a large lounge room with a 60" TV connected to cable television, an upstairs lawn bowls pitch accompanied by a refreshment area with fridge. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all meal and party requirements. A 5 burner BBQ is accompanied with a separate charcoal BBQ and gas pizza oven.

There is an outdoor pool plus an outdoor 6 seater jacuzzi as well as a sauna in the main ensuite.

Interaction with Guests

I would be happy to give you advice for discover our beautiful island.
Staff will great customers on arrival and the 2 maid will clean the villa on a daily basis.
A gardener/pool cleaner attends the villa 3 times per week

Surrounded by quality new houses in a very quiet area but only a very short walk/taxi to all the best restaurants, shops, boutiques, spa salons, beaches in the Seminyak area

Getting Around

We here to arrange all transfert airport, and also give you all advice you need for any transport in Bali.
Taxi is available at the end of the street. Normal wait is less than 3 minutes. Oberoi/Eat Street is just a 400m walk from here or get a taxi for around $1.
Bike are available on request for only $6 per day.

A quality water filter system ensures all water is drinkable hence no bottled water required in the villa.

Please respect this villa as if it were your own, as you would like others to treat your house if you were to rent it.
Smoking is tolerated in open living areas. It is strictly prohibited in all enclosed areas.
Laundry service is provided for all linen and towels. If you need towels to be washed, place them in the washing baskets provided.
Personal laundry will be brought to a professional laundry for cleaning and ironing. Please allow at least 24 hours for this service. The price is on extra cost and the bill will be provide with your returning clothes.
